Was charged $76 for STICKERS to cover the paneling of my car. Was then charged $16.00 for "restocking" fee when I sent the product back EXACTLY how it was sent to me.

This "company" (really some dude named Christian) IS INDEED A SCAM. I saw a review that said do not listen to the other negative reviews... clearly written by one of Christians friends or family members.

It is an unsafe product to use! No returns and looks like the reselling of cheap aliexpress staff

I returned an item where I didn’t open the box and therefore had the original seal. It was brand new. It took them almost 4 weeks to process my return and I had to follow up with them to get my refund. On top of that, they kept the sales tax and took a restocking fee out of my purchase. In addition, though not anyone’s fault, the buyer pays return shipping. Teslarati informs customers in their policy section. It just feels like an unfriendly interaction where they nickel and dime you.

This company is a scam. Please do not buy, they charged my credit card for the order that I placed and then disappeared for 3 weeks. When I followed up they say that the product is delayed for another 8 weeks. I wish they didn't take the order for the items that doesn't exist in their inventory or at the least let me know about it during the time of the order. I am still waiting for my amount refund for the cancelled order.

Order car mats almost a month ago. They charged me right away, but nothing shipped out yet. Stopped responding to emails. Stay away.

I had a very unpleasant experience the first time shopping on teslarati.com. I had ordered the rear carbon fibre spoiler for Model Y on 2023/0703 for ~$900+ and it's been almost a month, the product has not shipped.
I contacted customer support for an update around 2.5 weeks after ordering and they said it will be shipped in a week. The product was not shipped and the customer support is absconding without any response.
I requested to cancel the order and issue a refund on 2023/07/21 and guess what no response till now despite multiple follow ups. This site seems fraudulent and fool customers making them pay premium price for a much
cheaper product that they get manufactured and shipped from China. I got tricked into thinking they sell premium products but their quality is no way better than you would get by directly ordering from sites
like AliExpress or Temu with relatively better customer service and ~40% of the price.

They will only publish a review of a product you buy from them if it’s a good one. Try leaving a 1-star and watch it never appear anywhere. Shady!

Sad to say, but all the negative reviews here are consistent with my experience. Terrible order fulfillment and customer service. Won't buy from again.

CONSUMER BEWARE: I ordered the Tesla Cleaning Kit from the Teslarati.com website on November 24, 2022. The order arrived incomplete. It was missing the glass cleaner item. I took photos and contacted the Teslarati Customer Service email contact several times. Teslarati did not reply back. I paid full price for the item ordered and only received 75% of my order.

Ordered a set of 3D Max floormats, received in a couple days, really nice folks there & 1 stop shop for Tesla accessories

Not sure what is going on I ordered about $500 worth of products. Followed the shipping info said delivered!! I checked all the cameras for my property no sign of any delivery... I checked the tracking info and the proof of delivery shows no address or any info except the date. I contacted Teslarati. They said check my neighbors... still nothing. They said we will check with the wear house... no response for over a week (almost 2)!! Calling my CC company do dispute charges.

Zero stars if possible. Ordered cup holder liners that when in place don't actually hold a regular sized cup because the liner is too thick. I also ordered floor mats and understanding supply issues I waited a month after ordering for them to ship but they never did. According to the tracking number provided they printed a label 3 weeks ago and still hasn't reached the FedEx delivery site. Called the number I found online for customer service and there is no working phone number, emailed and no response. Stay away, cancel your order and if you can't cancel call your credit card company to see if you can cancel the payment for non delivery.

I ordered floor mats for my Model Y that were shipped on 12/9/22. FedEx lost the package so Teslarati has to file a claim. Meanwhile, I do not have the product I paid for and Teslarati has not responded to over 15 emails requesting resolution. The delivery is over 30 days past due without a word from the company. Horrific.

Total scam company. Purchased a license plate holder and decided to return and shipped back. Sent many emails because never refunded money and then filed complaint with American express and they told AMEX I sent them back an empty box. AMEX did not believe them and refunded my money. Would never purchase from them again. Total scam business.

I felt obligated after my experience to warn others.
I bought Teslarati mudflaps for my MY and one cracked in half after one month of normal use. Contacted customer support, got delayed response and was told they would do nothing.

Ordered the quick bandit and was sent the wrong item with no reasoning. When I asked for the correct item to be sent they told me that is not possible but would be happy to help me return it and reorder it again. When I went forward with the return they did not provide a prepaid shipping label which cost me about $10 to ship with USPS. After sending the item back it took over 2 weeks with multiple emails to get any update about my return and ended up disputing/getting my money back through my credit card because they were so incredibly slow. I bought the quick bandit for less money directly from the quick bandit site and wish I did that from the start. Avoid teslarati at all costs!

This company has the worst customer service. Do NOT buy from them. You’ll be scammed.

I was going to place an order for $1000 worth of stuff - I called their number and they have no staff Its just a google virtual number - You have a no free return shipping policy either - There is absolutly NO customer service not even a plan for providing any SHOP Elsewhwere
