When ever I call to order parts Jake is very helpful, and If they have them in stock, I usually receive them in a few days.
Tesco has done an great job. One adjustment i would make is try to send a confirmation email more consistently when parts are ordered to let the customer know the order was received.
Jake and Josh are the best aftermarket A/C parts specialists out there, knowledgeable and helpful. Parts arrive very fast and in good condition. Highly recommend.

I was charged with the task of locating a 14 passenger bus for our local B&G club. After searching on line I realized that TESCO was the most likely place to find a quality vehicle at a reasonable price. I contacted TESCO and spoke with Bryan McDougle. He found a perfect vehicle to fit our needs. He was professional and it was clear that customer satisfaction was important to him. The purchase and delivery of the vehicle went smooth and the staff at the B&G club is happy with the vehicle.

This is my second purchase for the Church from Tesco. My sales rep. Derek Spencer in the Ohio location has always been (most importantly) honest and meet my every expectation. He was professional. friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Our most recent purchase was an online purchase. When the bus arrived it was exactly as it was advertised and has performed excellently. The leadership of the church and the congregation that it serves has had nothing but compliment on the appearance and performance of of the bus.
The whole process was very simple and Kacy was very easy to work with. However, the greatest complaint that I have now, is that we have to have the bus worked on for the shocks to be looked at. I feel that is something that should have been taken care of on their end before completing an inspection and deeming it "fixed".
The other complaint that I have is the fact that the bus was "safety inspected" to meet the state's requirement for the type of vehicle. However, here we are some 2 months later and we are having to complete that safety inspection once again because the state says that that inspection doesn't count even though it was sticker for 2020. I feel these are two things that should have been taken care of by Tesco, so we, as the consumer, did not have to continue this type of work only 2 months after receiving our bus.
