Desperately needed two new tyres for a water bowser, they have arrived so warped it is unbelievable. They are triangular in shape and the company makes it very difficult to contact or return. Waste of money. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a set of four maxxi tyres a package deal on the 26th of January 2026 and received them by 9am next day.. I had previously called and spoke to a friendly guy about what size of tyres that would fit my wheels.. he asked all the details on my wheels and talked me though how to find them and thats the ones I bought.. I couldn't be more happier with them and the service I received many thanks to everyone at terrain tyres keep up the good work

When buying agricultural or off road tyres the tread pattern is especially important so be aware that the tread shown in the photos on the terraintyres.co.uk website and in the order confirmation email may well have little resemblance to the tread of the tyres actually delivered.
If the tread is not the same as the picture then I really have no idea how anyone could avoid ending up in the same position I have - The small print on the website says "Any product images shown, are to help in identifying products and may be different to actual products sold". To add insult to injury (according to the small print) the cost of returning the goods is also the responsibility of the customer.
I have no idea how I could have possibly avoided this situation so please don't find out the hard way like I did. Read the T's & C's (it doesn't take long), seriously reflect on this warning and order at your own risk so if, like me, you get something quite different it won't be such a disappointment and you will be happy to stand the cost of packaging and returning goods that, in good faith, you didn't actually order.
The only reason I gave two stars was that the response to my email complaining was responded to very quickly; it pointed out the circumstances of how the differences came about and a reminder that 'The images on the website are intended to be used as a guide only'. A refund was offered if I returned them unused but as agriculture can't wait and they had already been fitted before the email was received so this was not an option. Shame really as they do have a great selection of tread patterns (or do they?).
It might be the same with any internet based tyre site and I fully appreciate that your local tyre bay is unlikely to hold anything like the range on offer but prepare for disappointment, it being your own fault and having no explanation of how you could have avoided it. Not happy!

Ordered a tyre from terrain tyres. Received an email on the 9th June to say it was dispatched, a week later and still haven't received the tyre. Tried calling their contact number to keep listening to an automated message saying "no one can come to the phone and to leave a message" with no option to leave a message! I then sent an email stating I would like a refund as I needed the tyre to be able to move my cattle and to which I've had no reply. Absolute appalling service!!!

Slight delay in finding my place , but they did, and all good. Great tyres.

Ordered 2 tyres and 2 inner tubes for a trailer. They didn’t arrive! When I chased them up, apparently it was a failed delivery and the courier left a card as no one at home . But I was home all day , I didn’t get the card either, I was also supposed to get a email so I could rearrange another delivery. Guess what didn’t get that either. (Not even in junk email) It was then re sent . I re arranged delivery and I was home all day again. And again no delivery, no card, no email. Now asked for a refund. So I can purchase elsewhere. Probably won’t receive that either ! Poor service with non existent delivery !
