Sometimes I don't have the hot chocolate and instead have a bar, these bars certainly calm your mind and help you get a good night's sleep.

These are great. I have really noticed a difference in my sleep since taking these tablets from 10PM. Highly recommend and will buy again. Thank you.

Hot Chocolate Trial
I have noticed a little improvement in my sleep pattern so I’m hoping with continued use it will get even better. Chocolate tastes really nice, might try the Chai Latte to see if I like that.

How come there is so many 5 star reviews, I have just had my first hot chocolate and I must say that it's the worst hot chocolate that i have ever tasted, it now remains to be seen if it helps my sleep.

Update
It didn't do anything for my sleep I actually had a worse night than normal, I'm so disappointed I was hoping that it would help me get a good nights sleep.

Great night time tradition and very effective. This has increased my REM and Deep Sleep significantly (~50% increase - data from WHOOP) since I started using it. I will often wake up before my alarm goes off and feel very well rested throughout the day.

Enjoying the hot chocolate and it is helping my sleeping. On the administration side of things very flexible and easy to alter delivery date if you’re not going to be at home when next delivery is due.

Enjoying a guilt free evening snack
I'm a late night snacker, so it's good to have an enjoyable bar that's guilt-free.

It can be hard sometimes finding a nice drink for before bedtime. So many drinks have caffeine or sugar which seriously wrecks my sleep, so I love Ten PM. I've tried it with various milks and even just with water, and now my teenage daughter has begun to have it as her bedtime drink too! She's usually very fussy! So win-win.

Awesome hot chocolate
The best I have ever tasted and no nasty additives or sweeteners. We are also following a Keto diet and this is the perfect keto friendly treat …Velvet chocolate in a mug !!

It does work!
I purchased this with a certain amount of scepticism. However, not only is it a tasty night time treat, it is relaxing and undoubtedly I have enjoyed better sleep!

Fabulous product
Going to sleep faster and when I wake I go back to sleep quickly. Using Valerian patches too but might give them up and just use this now!

We are a couple in our late 50s who noticed we don’t sleep as well as we did 10 or more years ago. We decided to give ten/pm a go and noticed an immediate difference. We both get off to sleep much better feeling calm, relaxed and don’t replay the days events or issues over in your mind. Overall sleep patterns is better as well.

This is a fantastic product. It tastes great, mixes well and is free from artificial ingredients. That's a winner on all levels. For certain one of the best vegan hot chocolate options I've tried so far. I'll certainly be getting this again

Really good product
This has worked brilliantly, I never had problems getting to sleep, but would have disturbed sleep after 3am, this has stopped now I am having the night drink ... Tastes lovely too 👍👍

As I’m following the Keto diet I really missed hot chocolate on an evening. tenpm is sweetened with stevia which helps keep my blood sugars low.. so nice to be able to have a delicious hot chocolate on an evening and a bonus of helping me relax too.
