Fantastic product lovely flavor and fantastic service

This hot chocolate is now a firm part of my evening routine. It 100% helps me relax and unwind after a busy day teaching and helps me sleep like a baby! Also it tastes delicious. I can’t recommend it enough.

Love it! I’ve definitely been sleeping better since this drink became part of my night time routine. My waking in the early hours is happening less and when I do wake, I find I’m able to get back to sleep more quickly.

Unfortunately EVRI were unable to deliver my subscription order. After a few days of "attempting delivery", I contacted Michelle in customer service who looked into the issue right away. As it appeared EVRI for some reason said they were going to deliver, but didn't! Michelle quickly sent out my order via Royal Mail which arrived promptly, along with an extra pouch for the inconvenience.
She then set up my subscription to come via Royal Mail so I wouldn't have the same issue going forward.
What exceptional customer service, other companies could certainly take a leaf out of TenPM's customer service book!
Thank you Michelle, you really went the extra mile to sort out the issue & find a solution, so going forward we wouldn't have the same problem.😊

I really like the nutritional information of the calm bars and also the ten pm cocoa powder. I have it routinely.

But. Since using Ten pm I must be honest and say it is the reason that my sleep is so much better. I really didn’t think it would work. I’m converted and have recommended to friends too.

Game changer for helping me to fall asleep quickly in the evening. Was sometimes taking around three hours to drop off and now I am out cold after one.

This has made a huge difference to me sleep patterns. I'm halfway through my second pack - so been using it for about 6 weeks - and so far I've only had 3 nights where I've not gone straight to sleep. That's pretty much miraculous!

A really lovely,beneficial,not too sweet night drink that helps me to get a good nights sleep.As I am experiencing menopausal symptoms,I get anxious and keep waking up…my mind unable to stop.So,the next day I feel tired and irritated.This drink has helped to get to sleep easier and sleep better than I have done in a long time.I do definitely recommend

I’m enjoying my nightly drink, a good routine before going to bed! I make it with half and half water and milk. Very tasty.

Tastes really nice and I find it a very nice way to wind down for bed...this is my second batch :) will be buying more x

I've been using the Ten PM sleep chocolate for sometime now and I must say it is rather delicious, easy to prepare and seems to help with my nights sleep. Second to this my dealings with their customer service have been impeccable, very friendly & helpful. I will continue to be a subscriber for the long haul.

After so many years of waking up in the early hours and struggling to get back to sleep, I came across Ten PM and decided to give it a go. It’s transformed my sleep pattern. I now get longer, deeper quality sleep time and I don’t wake up exhausted in the mornings. I highly recommend this chocolate drink. It’s sugar free and for a change I add a few drops of quality peppermint oil. It’s delicious!!

I recently purchased the hot chocolate and Chai Latte and was not disappointed. I wanted an evening drink with no sugar and other "nasties" so this was perfect. Very enjoyable and relaxing with a touch of luxury before bed.

I am very impressed by the customer service at ten pm any concerns I may of had have been responded to and resolved quickly and Michelle goes above and beyond to help anyway she can highly recommend this company and products
