I recently checked an old email account that I rarely use and was surprised to find emails stating that I had a subscription and was being charged. Since I have never visited this website or watched a second of tennis in my life, I immediately contacted customer support to figure out what was going on. Unfortunately, this has been the worst customer support experience I have ever had, and nearly a month later, I am still without a resolution.

At first, they confirmed that an active subscription was linked to my email. I attempted to access the account to investigate, but the password reset function didn’t work. When I asked for assistance, they assured me they would look into it. After two weeks of silence, I followed up, only for them to cancel the subscription, then email me saying there was no account associated with my email—completely contradicting their initial response.

Their replies are slow, taking multiple days, and it’s clear they are not thoroughly reading my messages. I still have no explanation as to how this subscription was linked to my email, and their handling of the situation—acknowledging a subscription, then claiming no account exists—feels incredibly sketchy. Avoid this service at all costs.

I have been a customer for quite a few years and mostly enjoy the services. I do get irritated by listening to the commentators. WHY do they talk like they are the coaches? I don't need a lesson on TV. Only one commentator is required, not 2 or 3.
Please, Just call the match and stop all the constant chatter.

Paid for subscription to watch from UK, then error came up on the screen "not available in your country".

Watching a tennis match on Second Serve is very annoying. I tune in to watch tennis not see commentators. There is no need for us to see them. Make the tennis match the main thing with a full screen. It's really rather ridiculous to think we want to view commentators.

A complete con,false advertising and app Doesn't work properly. Don't waste your money. It seemed to good to be true and it was.

I made the mistake of signing up for a 1yr subscription, I wish I’d read the reviews first. Does not work with Fire Stick, all I get is a black screen unless I repeatedly uninstall and reinstall the app. Disappointing content, there is more and better tennis for free on YouTube. I have already cancelled auto renewal and would ask for a refund but there doesn’t appear to be any way of contacting them.

I love to watch tennis matches. Not share the tv screen with "Second Serve". It ruins the experience of watching tennis when the game just comes and goes for interviews and such, distracting from, and even taking the place of live matches. Air "Second Serve" when there are no live matches to watch. So frustrating.

This is the second time in a row when I have been watching a match and, after the second set, the BORING commentators come on to conduct BORING interviews, leaving me in suspended animation. Why am I paying for this?

This channel requires 70 inc tv screen or bigger to enjoy watching matches.
All matches are shown singly enough to occupy the full screen of your tv until “Second Serve” segment comes in. Then the tv screen gets reduced by about a third to accommodate host commentators gabbing away while the players sweat out in the courts. This display goes on until Second Serve segment ends. As a tennis player, I love to watch the player’s strokes, serves, etc but you can get the full details on these if the screen is going to be split between the current match and the commentators.
Another irritating with this channel is when the display gets split 4 way so you can watch 4 ongoing matches at the same time. a 65” tv can’t even display well enough to be able to see where the ball is going. This maybe a good format for 30 seconds max up to 60 seconds. After this you may want to watch something else.
Lastly, I don’t think whoever controls the camera knows anything about tennis. Imagine a tiebreaker being decided who the winner will be whether it’s (a top seeded player about to get ousted) or Griekspoor. all of a sudden the camera focus decided to split the screen between their match and another match between unknowns who were just starting their match. This channel needs a complete redo to make tennis more satisfying to watch. Good thing there are other channels to watch.

What is wrong with the Tennis channel? I have to log in with email and password time after time. I log in, go to another app and try to go back in literally minutes later and I’m met with a blank screen. The only thing I can do is uninstall it and install again, time after time. I’ve tried everything including deleting the cache but nothing works. I’m watching on a newish tv with a new Firestick and fibre broadband, and it’s the same story on my second tv. I know I’m not alone as this channel has countless bad reviews. How is it allowed to continue? My subscription runs out in June and I won’t be renewing.

Yet again, I have to say... don't believe a word - or an image - of what the Tennis Channel says on their website about what they offer. They have been promoting the Legends match between Alcaraz and Tiafoe for days, but when you try to get in, you discover you have to take out a different package. A complete rip off. So fraudulent. If you think I am the only person saying this, go to the Yelp reviews website. Lots of people saying they don't offer half of what they promote on the website. Oh and try complaining to them direct - they make it as hard as possible to find the right email address.

They advertise that they show ATP 500 and 1000 events but this is certainly not true in the UK where only challenger events are shown, if indeed you can get the app to work. It seems incompatible with Amazon fire stick so all in all is a complete waste of money.

This is easily one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. If I could give zero stars, I would. While the mobile version is mediocre at best and nothing to write home about, the TV app is a complete disaster. It works on the first launch, but if you try to open it again, it refuses to function unless you uninstall and reinstall the app. This frustrating cycle repeats over and over.

For an app tied to such a prominent sport, the lack of reliability is incredibly disappointing. Watching tennis should be a seamless experience, but this app makes it a chore. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this app until it gets a serious overhaul.

I was told I had a 7-day free trial. Then they said I would be billed after four days. Then they said it was a seven day trial and I would be billed the annual payment every month. Then they said the £24.99 annual charge was actually £1,592.24 - !!!
I cancelled the contract as soon as I could - please keep clear of these clowns!

Oh, and if you are still tempted can I ask that you take a look at their website and ask yourself how you would contact them if you had a problem or a query? Answer - well, you tell me! No phone number. No address. No email even!

Tried a gazillion times to log into my newly purchased app on my fire stick and it just says ‘unexpected error please try again’ well, I did, multiple times and it’s so hideously painstaking typing in your email and password like you were texting on one of the first ever mobile phones. I wasted a good chunk of my precious life that I will never get back. What a complete waste of time. Trial cancelled.

Awful experience. There are more promo videos than actual tennis, and trying to find a live match is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Videos do not show their date so all the replays from previous years are shown as if they're current. Navigation is abysmal. I've given it 2 stars purely for the live coverage when I eventually manage to find it. It's a frustrating mess. I usually manage to find the match I want to watch after the first set has already finished.

The WORST. Wish I could rate zero stars. They have a monopoly and they know it. Picture quality is often terrible. Too bad sucker, we've already got your money. Frequent issues with Roku. And, you don't get the service you pay for unless you have to subscribed to a cable service also. Too bad sucker, we've already got your money. When ever you reach semifinals and finals, such as Cincinnati, coverage is gone and your told to use "your cable provider". Like many, I "cut the cable". If I had cable, wouldn't need the stupid streaming app. Also 2-3 time a week, I need to re-register as a subscriber. Won't renew.

App was good until they "updated" earlier this year. The UI is horrible. The worst part is they hardly have any good matches on, but tons of replays. I'm trying to watch the Cincinnati Open. 3 WTA matches are being played and the #1 player on center court is not being shown...why? Unfortunately I had to pay for a full year. I took off auto renew and won't subscribe again. Total waste of money and destruction of a previously good product.
