Jimmy helped us to find an ideal office space and was involved in negotiating lease terms and arranging remodeling. He is experienced, and very helpful and responsible. We really appreciate his service.

Being new to the area, I struggled to find available office space for our company that met our needs. Through an Internet search, I found TenantBase and received a call from Brian within a day. I explained what we wanted and he produced list after list of available properties until we (actually he) found the perfect spot for us to set up shop. I could not have done this without Brian and his diligent search!

David, right from the start was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to fill in a lot of our blind spots when it came to leasing law and best practices for negotiating a lease. He understood our need as a new brewery was a very sensitive to our budget and time tables. He was honest and seemed to have our best interest in mind.

I have been going through this process for about 1.5 years, maybe more. I met Ricardo towards the last half of the year and I have to admit he was very patient, professional and easy to work with. He honestly understood what I wanted and never pushed me towards anyone place. I'm glad he was my broker!

It was a great experience from day 1 with Mr Doug Swanson. He helped and supported me tremendously and will forever be grateful to him. The first day since i was new in the city he picked me up with his car and we went and checked the different office locations he had seen. He helped me through the process of lease signing and explained the different components of the lease agreement. The office he found for me was exactly what I was looking for. He is honest and reliable. For that I give him a 5 star rating experience. I will come back to him if ever I need another office.

After meeting about my private practice's needs he found appropriate spaces, which we then visited together. He set up all the appointments and was the liaison between me and the landlords. He helped me finalize a contract and had excellent suggestions in negotiations. He followed up afterwards to ensure that the landlord kept their promises. The only regret I have is that I did not work with him sooner!

Drew worked hard to help us find and secure a building/property in a tough market. With all of the businesses and people moving into the Dallas Metroplex this process was frustrating at times but Drew stuck to it and found exactly the properties we needed in both Houston and Dallas.
