TenantBase was very responsive from the initial inquiry and all throughout the process. Almost immediately I was working with David Sorenson, and he was fantastic. Our firm's office needs were a bit specialized due to our small size and our desired location. David arranged multiple site visits to different offices, and accompanied me every time, asking questions of each leaser and advocating in support of our firm 100%. He was incredibly patient too, and never gave up. He even one time alerted me to an almost ideal office that he wasn't even able to help broker. That was proof to me that he was looking out solely for out best interest. In the end, David found me a PERFECT little office, just the right size for me and my small group of staff, and in the perfect location for us. But he wasn't finished then. He continued to advocate for us and got the leaser to agree to a slightly lower rental amount. I was super impressed!

It was stressful trying to find a location for our small business. We really didn’t know what any of the terms meant or the questions to ask. I have been trying for months to speak with someone from Tenant Base to assist me with finding a retail space with no luck. I have requested tours and left several emails. Even left my contact info with the chat bot on the website. Can someone please tell me what i'm doing wrong?

He helped us find a great location that we didn’t think we’d be able to afford and was with us through the whole process.
