Abubakr and Muhib were absolutely excellent. Their attention to detail, hard work and pride in their work was absolutely above and beyond anything we expected.
They left the house absolutely spotless and well above the level of cleanliness we thought it would be and they checked throughout that we were happy with their work.
We were so happy with the house and will move in to our new home in two days time knowing it’s gleaming and ready for us to just place our belongings in.

Excellent service from start to finish. Robert updated me prior to arrival, and was bang on time. The house had been left in a poor state by the tenants, but by the time Robert had finished it was good as new. A friendly chap too.

I am utterly appalled by the service…
I am utterly appalled by the service I’ve received from tenancy cleaning nationwide. I booked for a post building service which in the invoice clearly stated the walls, windows, floors etc has to be cleaned. However the service I received was the opposite and upon complaining I was informed by Isabel who is the cleaning manager in only complaining because I do not want to osu a commission. I believe this statement is racially biased. I then contacted the office to formally complain however the response I received from the office was very dismissive. I am highly unsatisfied with the service I’ve received.

We’re sorry to hear you remain dissatisfied, however we need to correct several inaccuracies in your review.
The service booked was an After Builders Clean, which has a clearly defined scope. Wall cleaning is not included as a standard deep wash due to the risk of damage to painted and finished surfaces. Any reference to “walls dusted” relates only to light, safe surface dusting where applicable, not full wall cleaning.
Following a full internal review, including operative reports and on-site visual evidence, we confirmed the service was carried out in line with the agreed scope of work.
We also categorically reject the allegation that any member of our team acted with bias or discriminatory intent. All communication and decisions were based solely on service scope and operational policy.
As a goodwill resolution, a partial refund was already offered without admission of liability. A complimentary re-clean was also made available initially but, in line with our policy, is no longer applicable once a refund is accepted or offered as resolution.
We remain confident in the findings of our investigation and the evidence supporting it.
If you would like to resolve this further, we remain open to discussing the matter directly.

I was so impressed by this company when I left my previous flat that I engaged them to clean my new flat.
I have medical problems which meant I had been unable to deal with the builder's dust left after renovations.
Abu and his colleague turned up, immediately assessed the situation and got on with the job. We had difficulties when the blocked drain caused a few problems. The guys carried on, never stopped and left a pristine, clean flat.
They were polite, pleasant, professional and respectful and I am very grateful to them.

I booked this company for a professional end-of-tenancy clean expecting a high standard of service. Unfortunately, the property was not cleaned to the level advertised, with areas missed and issues remaining after completion.
I raised my concerns promptly, however the company maintained that the work met their standards and only offered a small goodwill refund. A re-clean was later offered, but by that point I no longer had access to the property, which made the solution impractical.
If there was a no star rating I would have done it.
Communication was rude, and I was disappointed with the quality of the clean compared to the price paid. I would recommend carefully checking the work before accepting completion if you use this company. Honestly stay away.

End of Builders Clean- 2 Bed Flat
The Operatives were amazing! Unphased by the thick dust which came from holes cut in Laithe and Plaster walls, new Shower room and Kitchen - complete with replacement ceiling! Furniture and bed deeply coated. They left it all sparkling- hard to believe the state it had been in when they arrived. Company who came to hang curtains and blinds next day remarked on how absolutely sparkling the windows all were.
The Cleaners were great people too- very polite and respectful of the space and cheerful and smiley throughout. Wouldn’t even let me make them tea. Brought all their own products and equipment, including a huge stack of dusters and cloths.
I would definitely recommend this Company and will certainly use them again myself.

Great pricing and end product for an end of tenancy…
Great pricing for an end of tenancy clean on a 2 bed house. I received regular communication up to the cleaning date. I needed to provide a document to the property owner confirming the residence had been professionally cleaned due to having pets in the property.
I discussed this with Mas the Ops Manager who confirmed they would write up a bespoke document for me upon completion to provide.
The cleaning itself was done to a very high standard and the two ladies took me through the property afterwards highlighting all aspects and ensured i was happy with the service before leaving. The property was left in a brilliant condition and no issues with the property owner upon inspection

End of tenancy cleaning
End of tenancy cleaning required and opted for the cheapest company I could find which happened to be Tenancy Cleaning. I left the 2 guys to the cleaning while I ran some errands and they were gone a few hours later when I returned.
The team who arrived did FANTASTIC job. We discussed beforehand (and on the day) exactly which rooms/areas I should expect to be cleaned and they were all cleaned to a very high standard.
I would highly recommend Tenancy Cleaning and will always use them again should I have any cleaning needs.
