opted for a doc to call. After waiting the 90 minutes I reached out. They mentioned a high call volume and I should be getting a text when the rx was sent. Did not happen. Followed up again and another large chunk of time passes and I get a text saying they don’t usually use the med I mentioned I’ve been given in the past, but I was open to other suggestions. It took another hour or so for them to send me the exact same text back with no suggestions. I called again and mentioned my pharmacy would be closing in about an hour and 15 minutes. Still nothing. Now they say a doc will review. This all started at 3:30 and it’s nearly 10pm. If I could give them zero stars I would

I absolutely love the convenience of being able to make the phone call from my house and have a doctor prescribe my medicine due to my not having a way to the doctor they were very responsive and quick no problems

Very easy process. Short questionnaire and within a few hours prescription was sent to pharmacy.

I paid 79.00 for s prescription and they never called it in. The phone just keeps ringing. Now I have to go to my bank to have them retrieve the money

First of all, the service is shady. Every time you call you speak to a different person, none of who proclaims to be doctors or nurses and all barely spoke English. They promise a return call in 15 minutes and then don’t deliver. We called again the next day an the they responded but still weren’t helpful. For a place that claims online doctors visits and prescription refills within 15 minutes, they have a way to go.
(Also , make sure to check the small terms when starting, just in case you’re being signed up for life or many more more months than expected. Never again.

The other ones are nowhere near as good as these guys and for the value 10 visits for under 200 bucks anybody in the household ask about it so under 20 bucks a visit for a whole year based on your email highly highly highly recommend

I have a complicated immune response to infections sometimes and the Dr's at telmdfirst listen, understand, and prescribe the correct medication for me when other, in person clinics give me the run around half the time.

I have been sick but just can’t get completely over it probably related to my age and my pre existing conditions.. I answered all the questions and within minutes I received a text outlining the prescriptions they were sending to my pharmacy…their response was absolutely way beyond my hopes…it is obvious to me that they read all I had said and addressed all of my problems in the most thorough way..way beyond what I requested… I did not have to leave the house or even speak to anyone except by text.. I cannot say how much this service has meant to me and has helped me so much when I needed it. I am a retired nurse and would highly recommend Telmdfirst to anyone…

The website was easy to navigate. I got a call back in a way shorter time frame than they gave me. Within the hour I was on antibiotics for my tooth abscess, which was amazing because it was Sunday and my physician's office was closed. Highly recommend!
