I’ve been using Teleleo for a while now mainly to reconnect with old clients.
What I like is that I can keep using my regular number even when I’m in another country - no roaming, everything works as usual.
We also use autodialing and SMS campaigns to reach people who haven’t been active for months. It’s actually pretty effective - some answer right away, others come back after seeing the message. The combo works better than I expected.
The SMS follow-up feature is also useful - if someone doesn’t pick up, they get a message from my number, and I do get more callbacks because of that.
Setup wasn’t super obvious at first, but support helped quickly, so no big issue in the end.
If you want to stay reachable on your usual number and bring old customers back without spending hours doing it manually, this tool really helps.

Teleleo offers a number of features the once i have gained most benefit from is is the Auto dialler and SMS campaigns. this allowed me to connect with my clients and keep our conversation flowing.
