We do not, and have never, offered payment or incentives in exchange for reviews. Any claim suggesting otherwise is misleading and potentially defamatory.

I am writing this as a serious warning to anyone considering TEFL Freedom. Please, do not waste your time or money. Go with literally any other provider.
I booked a call through the TEFL Freedom website to get more information. That call was supposed to be a professional consultation. Instead, it turned into one of the most disgusting and uncomfortable experiences of my life.
The call was with a woman named Deborah who claims to be from the UK and appears to run the company. From the moment we connected on the TEFL Freedom app, it was immediately clear that she was drunk. She was slurring her words badly, her behaviour was erratic, and there was zero professionalism.
But it got far, far worse. She started using horrific racial slurs directed at Black people. It was vile and completely unprovoked. She seemed to want me to join in or laugh along, but I was absolutely mortified. At one point, she rambled about some "AI crap" application she was making, claiming that the people she was abusing would "lap it up." The level of contempt she has for others is staggering.
I honestly hung up feeling dirty and genuinely concerned for anyone who signs up with these people. If this is how the owner behaves on a simple info call booked through their own website, I cannot imagine how bad the actual course would be.

After reviewing our records, we cannot find any purchase, payment, or active enrolment under your details. As a result, there is no refund outstanding because no transaction has been made with us.

If you are referring to our reviews yes the images are stock images, but if you look through, our reviews here on trust pilot, all our reviews are legit. We are a small business and dont have a full marketing agency to chase for pictures, we are too busy helping people find jobs. Sad that you gave us a 1* for something that we spend like 1% of our time on, as 99% of our time is helping people.

Debra gave me great advice on how to pursue my educational degree and at first it seemed really daunting but after having a conversation with her and getting the feedback she gave me about her experience, made my decision easier and I enrolled for the degree program and have never looked back.

My goal is to assess what is available to me as an experienced TEFL teacher and examine how job placements are trending. e.g. teach online versus real class time. Debra was very helpful and provided some great ideas.
