DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS. I VE BEEN TRYING TO RETURN THE DRESSES I BOUGHT BECAUSE OF VERY POOR QUALITY AND THEY DONT RESPOND!!!!

Very slow delivery, but the fact the item was so wrong on measurements! I'd ordered a size 18 months for my 8 month old for her first birthday, measured her and looked at sizes and thought I'd play it safe and order size up, it came and it fits her now! I requested a refund which had to be 'approved' which took another few days, to which it basically said post it back to us. So I replied saying I shouldn't have to pay for the postage as your sizing is so incorrect. I sent that email a month ago, a follow up email 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard of them it's now been a month. Very annoyed, absolutely disgusting service.

I wouldn't even rate this company one star. As far as I'm aware it's a complete scam site. Placed an order in error for something else, immediately emailed back twice to cancel it, also emailed a third time and recieved no response . I noticed they have a fb page that was active with daily posts so I sent 3 messages via messenger... also ignored. I then commented on their post explaining I had emailed them 3 times and sent a fb message and no response, so I commented again the next day and said "still not response as of yet" as a second comment, my comments where deleted and I have still been ignored. I contacted bank fraud team to get my money back

Awful service. Waited over a month for a teddy. Only to be a sent the wrong one and a fake. Claimed it was TY on site and it’s fakes from China. Contacted customer services 5 times and no response.

This is the very 1st time without checking a review of the company, I ordered a product for my new born and I paid 22 GBP for a dress which even not worth of 5GBP. The quality is so poor that even you can not use the same to wipe window glasses :(

I believe Trustpilot should add a -ve star rather than one star for such companies.

I have been chasing with the customer services since 15 days for approving the return and be aware of the return policy. They are not accepting direct reruns like other authentic sites. You have to place a request and then they have to accept the return so that you can send the product. Actually the items are getting originated from China which I am really sure that is the problem of being a Chinese company and using a UK domain in the site address to bully the customers.

Not happy my partner ordered a dummy on the 10/4/21 and didn't receive a email to confirm it still haven't received it and have took the money out of the bank

Received an elephant teddy/pillow that was nothing like the picture advertised. It was considerably smaller, contained hardly any stuffing and the stitching was coming undone on one side. I have emailed customer services twice and requested a return and refund but heard nothing back in over a week. Very poor and extremely unprofessional.

Received my order today it took approx 7 days to come was really disappointed with the little dress lace was very poor and lots of threads and fluff on it the head band was not a band but a long piece of material with a little lace at each end and approx 24 inches long for a six month old baby
won’t be gifting this as it’s such Poor quality

Their website says 24/7 support available and a phone symbol yet nowhere on their website do they have their phone number! I'm waiting for a delivery which says 7 to 25 business days!! That's over a month and half for it to reach me. Ridiculous!!! I didnt see it say that lead time when I purchased the item but I got a dispatch email telling me afterwards. Highly disappointing and will never use again

Don't waste your time and money on this place.Go to Amazon or somewhere reputable that actually fulfill your order. Customer service sucks,shipping is a joke.They have no problem taking your money but you'll never receive what you pay for. Over two months for a small vday gift. It's a bit late for that tho.I want my money back ripoff.

Undelivered goods. Prompt response back to me trying to say the goods were received and may be with an Neighbour. Called Royal Mail and they stated the elephant pillow was returned to sender as they had addressed the goods with no first line of address (despite this being on my order). Almost 3 weeks later when I have informed them of this, no response. Reported to fraud team at bank. AVOIDI!

Piece of poo website. sent the wrong item after waiting for weeks for it to arrive. I’ve tried to send a refund request but they’re are saying that I haven’t ordered anything from them ,

Terrible. Wrong item sent after waiting 2 weeks for delivery. Item was for my daughters birthday which is Valentine’s Day (next week) ordered on the 19th jan with plenty of time for delivery, all they had to do was send the correct item that I ordered and paid for. That was obviously too much to ask! No chance of getting the correct item on time now! First and last time ordering from this sham of a company!

Bought a teddy elephant for it to come with a small pair of fabric SCISSORS INSIDE with the stuffing, clearly made a mistake making this! This was found after giving it to my five month old

It was the worst experience, Never buy from them.
Had to return the item and they never replied to emails.
Opened a PayPal case and after 1 month they gave some residential return address.
Returned item delivered 1 month ago and still waiting for a refund.

Received my products , great quality , great price and exactly as photographed . However did take a few weeks to arrive and not a UK company as advertised . Other than that , great value

Ordered the Elsa plush doll, at no point before the order was there indication it was really coming from a random Chinese supplier, I did my homework before ordering and checked they were registered in the EU. If only I had checked Trustpilot. Once I placed the order and received the 25 day shipping estimate I read trustpilot and contacted them to cancel, they didn’t acknowledge my messages. The item has arrived with no CE certificate, compared to our Anna version purchased in the UK it’s definitely counterfeit. As there is no genuine CE certificate, I don’t know if the doll stuffing is safe to give a 3 year old. To return the item I have to cover the cost back to China (there is no wording in their Terms of Sale stating the return is back to China, you find this out after ordering, also they take a 15% restocking fee, so it’s pointless returning the £18 plush toy.
I’ve reported them to BBC watchdog. I am going to cut open the doll to see what is inside.

I ordered from this site, then I looked at reviews and it terrified me. I was so anxious of what I had just ordered, and was upset what the reviews had said on here.

But honestly I have now received my order after a couple weeks. It is not anything to what I thought it might be. The box is in great condition and the product I am so happy with. I really do think this was amazing for pricing and fantastic quality!
