Horrible company and worst customer service. I purchased items and they were NEVER received! Continuous calls to customer service (which is all AI) and still haven’t received or resolved anything. Very frustrating. Would not ever do business with them again. Would not advise wasting your time or money on this scam of a company!
Terrible customer service and quality …
Terrible customer service and quality - received item but it did not fit. They had me measure it several times and then said that they have a 1-2 inch variance that is allowable. They will not accept the return. The fit was actually a size smaller than ordered anyway.

I bought a sweatshirt on Nov 30th for a Christmas present and it hasn’t moved since Dec 4th. Today is Dec 20th. This company doesn’t have a phone only email and they reply once a day with a stock email reply. “Your shipment is going to update soon.” It’s been 16 days and there has been no movement. Linda Teehall is now offering me a 10 percent discount on a future order. No offer to replace the item. Before you buy anything from this company read their return and exchange policies.

I would rate zero stars if I could. Tracking info never updated to actually show that my product ever shipped. Ordered nov 23 and still USPS is awaiting my shipment. I did receive a response from “ Linda” who seems to be the person emailing everyone…. SCAM!! Do not order from them. Very disappointed that people can stoop this low for a buck… this was a Christmas present.

I ordered size 5 which I wear 10 I ordered 3 other pairs of shoes off different sites the same day all being size ten it took me 32 days to receive shoes got wrong size now Linda's trying to send me a coupon for a doff pair what kind of customer service is this u pay $100 for the shoes not like I paid $15 then it took them almost the whole 30 days before I got a tracking number just awful customer service they obviously don't care about there customers I've ordered numerous things either never received them or took longer than a month

I’ve been emailing this company for three days now I’m trying to get a tracking number on my order there has been no response. The phone number doesn’t exist. They took my money right away and I don’t know anything about order. This is not the way business should be handled.

Deceptive Website/Poor Quality Product
I was extremely disappointed in the product and the customer service. I ordered a canvas for my daughter’s birthday. On the Teehall website it said “Canvas Print Poster (printed fabric only)” which led me to believe that I was purchasing an actual CANVAS. I was, after all, shopping under a filter for canvas and it said canvas on the page at least 9 times, including directly next to the item I purchased. You could see how I might be misled into believing I was, in fact, going to receive a poster-style piece of canvas that was not stretched or framed. Literally the sku is canvas_20210922060759. But what I received was a poor-quality printed piece of paper that cost $35 and took 3 weeks to arrive!
No worries. I email customer service; there must have been a mistake. Good ol’ Linda from Teehall says no, I ordered wrong (so that means their site is INTENTIONALLY misleading) and offers me a shiesty 20% off to buy right item. I explain further that it was a misunderstanding and that because the item is in no way personalized I would like to return the paper poster and purchase a canvas. But no, they won’t accept the return. Even though on their website it says you can return non-personalized items. Now my daughter is stuck with a really pixelated poster instead of something fancy for her wall because I couldn’t afford to buy both. Teehall is a scam and a rip-off. I took a chance on them and got burned. Don’t risk it.

Charged twice The sign I ordered was as expected but…
The sign I ordered was as expected but the service was not!!! I was charged for two signs instead of one, each shipped weeks apart. When I made contact I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. Since the template had already been made for the first sign, how much could the company be losing by making things right for me? I have no power to get my money back. Buyer beware

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. An excellent artistic picture. I'm very happy with my purchase. The customer service was outstanding. They were quick to reply to my questions. Even though they had a lot of requests for this product and explain the influx of people buying there product they quickly responded to my question.

Out of Business?
I placed an order in on March 8, 2022 and never received a confirmation email. I also sent an email to support with a question. No response. I tried to call 213-802-7747 and it seems to be disconnected. I know my card was charged. Looking for some answers. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is the communications.
Even though I never received any confirmation or ways of checking on order. I received the item in great condition and decent amount of time. The number still does not work and I think the company is based in Vietnam, but they delivered a nice product at a good price, and received it on March 19th.

Once again I repeat my earlier evaluation of TeeHall as a deceiving online company with Zero customer service. My order number is 750109 from February 14. TeeHall was quick to process my payment, but there has been zero communication since. Teehall responded once to tell me to contact them through their support email address which is not real and does not work. Their phone number is out of service.
I do not recommend this company. My worst online interaction ever.

Ordered a large rug
Love my rug! Print looks great and was packaged and rolled very securely for shipping. Ordered on 1/3 and received on 1/15. They forgot to send me tracking info when the item shipped, but I emailed them for an update on the order and received a response within 2 days. Overall, very happy with the order!

I did receive my product and it is decent and as described. It did not get a tracking number until I made a complaint. Not super impressed
