Asked support four times, got the same script back
Signed up on teedout.com back in mid-June and loaded 185 Australian dollars to have a go at Starburst and a few other slots. The deposit went through fine, bonus landed without fuss, and I played for maybe a week without drama. Then I tried to withdraw 120 Australian dollars on the 22nd because I had a win streak and wanted to cash out before my luck turned. That's when things got weird. I asked support via live chat where my withdrawal was at, and they sent back this generic message about document verification taking time. I waited four days, nothing. Asked again on the 26th, got basically the same reply word for word, just formatted slightly different. By that point I was getting annoyed because I'd already uploaded my ID and a utility bill during signup, so I didn't understand what else they needed. I messaged a third time on the 30th, then a fourth time yesterday, and both times they've copy-pasted that exact same verification message. I get that KYC is important and all that, but it feels like they're not actually reading what I'm saying or checking my account status properly. Just spinning me round with automation. The site itself loads okay and the games work, and the support agents are polite enough when they do reply, but if you can't get a straight answer about where your money is or what documents are actually missing, it's hard to trust the place. I'm still waiting on that withdrawal.
