Hi Barb,
Thank you so much for your feedback — we’re really glad to hear that you’re happy with the transfer quality! That truly means a lot to us.
Regarding the shirt material, this particular style is made with a polyester fabric, which is noted on the product page. We also completely understand that many customers prefer cotton — we do offer 100% cotton options as well, which may be a better fit for what you’re looking for next time.
If you’d like, feel free to reach out to our support team and we’ll be happy to help you choose a cotton tee or recommend the best option for your needs. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!

They are courteous and answer questions properly
The guy is very respectful. He answers his questions he’ll give you a refund or a replacement. If something happened to the other one it’s a good company. I would recommend using them again.

It was perfect
It was perfect! Picture was so detailed, and the hoodie is so soft, not too heavy but still very warm. All day comfort. And the hood is the perfect size and shape. It’s definitely my new favorite hoodie!

I customized a Halloween T-shirt printed with my beloved dog's picture from this store, and it turned out amazing! The fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable to wear, and the printed image of my dog is super cute—there’s absolutely no color difference from the photo I provided. What really stood out was the customer service; they proactively helped me solve every little issue I had during the customization process. I’ll definitely recommend this shop to my family and friends!
