Great service and prompt delivery. I emailed to check customer service before buying and got a prompt and relevent (real human, I think...) response. Prompt delivery of product in good condition exactly as desribed followed. Would use again.

Product was as described. Awesome.
The only issue i have is the delivery of product. There seemed to be miscommunication from the delivery company. They said they had been to deliver and noone home so they left a card. The time that information was sent to me was incorrect. 1. There was someone home at the time they said they tried to deliver and 2. They said they left a card. There was no such card left at home. We ended up picking up the package from postal.

Prompt and helpful answer to my question about the MacBook Pro in contrast to another retailer whose took several days to respond and their response was the generic "We are here to help you..." but then just repeated the limited info on their web page.
Your response was a direct answer to my question and therefore my purchase from TechUp.
