Well actually I bought x2 laptops, first one I ordered through a 3rd party seller, only to be told after payment that there was an inventory error and my first choice was no longer available. After receiving my refund, I ordered a second laptop. To ensure accuracy of order for the second transaction, I called your office to check it was available. Your sales lady was great, she helped me choose a suitable machine and ensured it was sent same day. I received it in record time and it has been great so far. Battery life is good and quality of the refurbished item is very good - so thanks guys.

Purchased a Google Pixel 6 Pro (2022 model year phone) online in early 2026. TechUp condition description was 'Excellent'. Waited in trepidation for the phone to arrive. Delivery was a couple of days only, so I assume the phone was stocked in New Zealand. Came in a generic aftermarket magnetic closure cardboard phone box, with a short length aftermarket charging cable and SIM card slot pin opening tool. Bubble wrapped box had a bar code label with a one year old date on it. Phone was in a cellophane sleeve with thin sponge protection pad. To my great pleasure, the phone is indistinguishable from new, with no visual flaws on the phone body or screen at all. Phone was ready for personalized set up after charging (battery was fully discharged on delivery). After a week of use I couldn't be happier. Works fine on the 2 Degrees 4G network for calls, voicemails and messaging. All phone functions work correctly, including personally downloaded apps. An excellent first purchase from TechUp. Thank you TechUp for supplying a device that has exceeded my expectations of a reseller.
