Super buggy website

Super buggy website, still unable to complete my quote.

Update 2/12/24: My account manager did reach out to me and is attempting to get the issue resolved. This appears to be a technical issue with my account data, as others (even a close friend) was able to successfully update their company info for a quote.

Looking for a lower premium

I asked to cut the coverage to a quarter of the previous policy, expecting perhaps a 1/3 to 2/5 reduction in the premium. Instead, I get half of the coverage more almost the same cost as the original policy. Time to go looking around.

I was a repeat customer

I was a repeat customer. I needed insurance again, and indicated as such when I contacted them. They quickly determined my prior use of their service and got me a quote the same day.

This was a pretty awful experience

This was a pretty awful experience, many emails back and forth where the reps were not even reading what I was asking, and then sending replies not containing enough clear information for me to take action. What could have taken 15 minutes took weeks.

Overall Experience

Everything seems to be going well. I haven't had any claims so that probably helps. Renewals from the individual insurance companies are submitted on time through the insurance companies. Other than that I don't know that I have had any interaction with TechInsurance - so no real good or bad.

Your technology sucks

Your technology sucks. The process is very confusing. I had to resubmit my forms several times and re-sign them because your automated/online process were not functional. I had no idea that I was covered until I contacted my agent. It was not a good experience.

Customer service

It seems very difficult to work thru questions or concerns. We end up with 10-15 emails that could easily be taken care of in a few minutes with a call. Its difficult to get anyone to answer questions. There is MUCH needed improvement in customer service and relations.
