I had not heard of this company before so had a quick check of TrustPilot where I saw all positive reviews, I wasn’t disappointed. I had to contact customer service as I entered the door number incorrectly, they responded very quickly with the resolution and their manner was genuinely helpful and professional. The price of the product was competitive. Would definitely recommend 🙂

Spoke to owner on the phone and he was able to find me a laptop to best suit my needs and provided top notch knowledge and advice. Didn't feel rushed. Loads of stock/options and appreciative of my budget. Got a very good laptop for the money. Awaiting delivery so fingers crossed. My partner is now looking to buy a laptop from you guys - good communication skills/customer service goes a long way. Any future tech needs i will be phoning to see what they can offer. Wanted a Asus gaming laptop for Christmas and Amazon could only deliver towards the end of December, could not find anywhere else, and then I found Techfident site saying they had some in stock!
I called to verify if they really had in stock, and the person that answered was amazing and called me back 20 mins later confirming physically that they had it because I asked! I wanted to be sure I would not fail to give this Christmas present so they were great, they had it, I went to website again, ordered it with my credit card and next day arrived by express delivery!

Found a laptop on the website at great price but wanted to make sure it was correct spec and in stock. Sent email and had phone call back to confirm all was correct. Ordered online and delivered next day. Fantastic customer service.

Ordered a eco tank epson printer and they sent a wrong printer. When contacted they said they don’t have any of the eco tank printers in stock and have not been in stock for a while. How bad is the inventory system.

I am writing, once again, to say how much I enjoy dealing with Techfident Ltd. They keep you informed, are quick, and this time gave me advice on which external DVD player to buy for my new Acer Aspire. I would recommend this company and will thank them for their excellent service. The packaging was recycled, recyclable and sustainable.

I am now ready for Windows 11... and am saying goodbye to Windows 8.1 !!
