I bought a CPO and got upgraded to a brand new iPhone 11 Pro Max because they didnt have the colour I was looking for in stock. The service was timely and communication was great.

The goods I received are NOT original Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro.

I immediately logged a request for return of the item, and refund to myself, and up until now - nothing doing. I will not be paying the remainder of the Payflex balance and expect nothing less than a full refund and collection of these fake goods from me.

Although services and delivery was quick and prompt, I was promised a genuine Apple Product which this is not. I enquired by Apple directly, unless you can prove otherwise

The product was delivered as indicated on the website and in excellent condition for a CPO, and I was also able to communicate with the owner prior to making the purchase to ensure veracity of the store and products.

Since I have ordered iphone..no communication from techdeliver I don't even have reference to track my order even a single sms from techdeliver just to update me with my order and after I ordered they said the will send me an sms.

The phone is in good condition but the charger it came with is so defective and not Apple certified cos it randomly stops charging which means you have to buy a new charger for the sake of your phone.I’m extremely disappointed in that

I don't like the fact the my phone's battery does not last and the company should really check if the battery lifespan of their phone's last longer or not.
