The SPEEDY TAIL 2.0 is awesome! My cats follow it around the house and are fascinated by it. So far, it has worked really well and holds a charge for quite a while. Very pleased with my purchase.

Our Keaton is nuts about it and it keeps him active - THANK YOU!! Great product.

The Teazys kitty toy sure moves and shakes and bakes. It took a little time for our kitties to lose their fear of it. Eventually, they started chasing it around

I have 2 cats. Georgie likes to chase it around. So it was a win with him. But Coco was afraid of it.

Fast charging, lasts a good amount of time. The cats figured out quickly that they just have to move it to reactivate. My guys, though, just kinda watch and follow. But they like it, and its fun to watch!

Merchandise was beautiful and not flimsy, and is as promised. There was no hassle, and their mission to help cats and dogs in need is brave and honorable.

The rubber cover covering the USB port and start button will not stay on the device.

The two cats I bought this for both loved the toy, while they had them. Two different sized houses, two different cats, both balls have been lost for weeks even after much searching. I would replace them except I am afraid the same thing would happen unless I close them in one room, which I don't want to do. Adding a locator button would probably be terrific.

I am happy with the non remote control at toys, but I find the toys with remote’s annoying as it’s easy to misplace the remotes.

Cats love these toys! Got them in reasonable time frame. Charge quick and hold charge nicely!

I would give this zero stars if that was an option. We ordered 3 of these. ALL 3 were broken within 48 hours. All 3 broke in the same spot, the gray arm where the seam is split apart on all 3. Customer service has responded to emails from me, each time asking for a photo of the broken toys. I sent photos of each broken toy (1 I gave as a gift so I had that person text me the photo of their broken item)...They respond asking for photos of the broken items. Rinse, repeat. After 17 emails, today they say they need a photo of all 3 items in one photo. Not possible since I gifted one. I have asked numerous times they send replacement parts (which are complete useless by themselves) and have gotten nowhere, just more requests for photos again. HUGE waste of money. I definitely do not recommend this company or their products.

I only have one complaint and that is that it took forever for my shipment to arrive. After that, my cat really loved it. When it runs away from him he chases it, and when it comes toward him he runs away from it. It's kind of funny really. And it doesn't get stuck underneath my furniture so I really like that.

Everything was fine. I got the products in time for Christmas. I wish that they were as well received by the cats as I had hoped they would be but there's no accounting for individual cats taste and tolerance for a very frenetic toy. I have already given a review. I am not sure why I keep getting requests, but I did take away a star for the above reasons.

The product is great. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. Unfortunately, my cat is afraid of it.

We're having great fun with the Speedy Tail. The Ukrainian boys who live with us call it "crazy mouse". I enhanced the tail with a bunch of feathers, which fascinates our cats. They are always monitoring it, though they don't often chase it. They get very excited if it disappears behind something, under a rug, or exits the room. I have figured out 2 settings, but neither setting allows the toy to reactivate by a tap once it has timed out. Bottom line: great toy. As much fun for the human kingdom as the cat kingdom.

I had an issue with my speed ball and Teazys solved the problem quickly so my cats could get back to playing. They are so fascinated by the Speedball 2.

My cats love this toy, definitely their favorite

I purchased two of these cat toys. They have mesmerized and entertained my cat consistently and far better than other toys. At the moment both toys are temporarily lost under heavy wooden furniture in different parts of my apartment. With the help of a number of hand tools, I am deconstructing the lowest levels of my furniture, in sections to re-trieve these fascinating toys. Once the toys are safely returned to my cat's watchful eye, I will build barriers to prevent losing them again.
