Customer service is 5 starts! Software is good and consistently getting better. To make life easier for coaches and athletes, supersets should be IMO visaulized better in the app or contrast/complex training. Letters are a good start but if you want to sell programs it would be more ideal that it is made clearer that some exercises are paired when clicking on the workout itself. Also i know you guys have a video on cluster sets, but i think reducing the amount of entries would be better instead of having to add add an exercise 4 times just because its a cluster of 4 sets. Coding this to be easier would be optimal and the cluster and set timer should ne on the same same page in the app, not separate. Then reps in reserve would be a huge add i think. Then you wouldn’t have to choose to monitor between 1rm and weight. Also, just in general data visualization options need to get better. I find the reporting section still a bit clumsy and data can only be isolated and there is not a proper dashboard option yet. Ultimately, one would want to see a summary of one athletes data on one page and cross reference between subjective and objective metrics. Otherwise great!

The level of help and communication with the TeamBuildr team is excellent. They are really helping us in getting things set up to start running with our athletes and patients.

The ability to make changes on the fly is something critical to have in the field of strength and conditioning. With Teambuildr, it is easy to make those changes without the headaches of excel, printing new lift cards, or limited lift times.

They are willing to help you figure out anything you need to know. They work for solution so you can get to coaching!

You guys have done an amazing job in outreach with onboarding, as well as keeping myself (sports performance coach) informed with different aspects and uses for the application in terms of data tracking and how it can be leveraged by sport coaches

So far I am enjoying TeamBuildr and all its capabilities and functions. I have been able to move all my clients to one platform, get my athletes to record their numbers in-session, and plan out programs months in advance easily.

My improve for TeamBuildr would be a better interface for the admin to receive push notifications. I believe it would be beneficial for coaches to know in real time who completes their workouts via a notification.

Through the entire process Teambuildr representatives have been awesome. Any problems, any questions, any needs have been addressed very quickly. They have an amazing product that I wish I would have found years ago. I can't recommend high enough!

Being a small school district, it is very hard to have a strength coach. TeamBuildr has given our athletes and coaches a unique advantage in our weight room. We have seen tremendous gains in both our male and female athletes. TeamBuildr has also helped with our weight room culture. It has streamlined my process of programming and make data collection smooth and easy. I do wish that on Whiteboard view you can see other things outside of just lifting from other tabs.
