Customer service is extraordinary, you get all the help you need in learning the system and implementing it in your business. We got a 2 month free trial period no strings attached before we made the decision to implement the service in our business.

You can call them, write them or send message by carrier pigeon, and they will answer as soon as they can. We even got a hand written xmas-card from them for the holidays.

We are not a big company but we got the best service you can imagine regardless.

This is not a company that just wants to sell you their service and then forget you exist, they want you to use their service because you want to and see the benefit from it.

Amanda did a great job giving us a ton of information in 30 minutes a few weeks after we signed up. I know there are a ton of videos out there but I think you should really automatically set up 2- 30 minutes onboarding sessions to get us started. As a new user I just didn’t know where to start or things I should wait to do later.

I really have been enjoying teambuildR, this is our first year using the program. It definitely takes some time to get used to it, I would say the toughest part is managing dual accounts (meaning if Larry currently had an account on a separate calendar and I want him on the football one) I usually have to message teambuildR (who has AMAZING customer service).

Any enquiries were dealt with quickly and efficiently, Chris, Luke and Brian were friendly and made joining easy and handled any questions in a professional manner

The onboarding for Teambuildr was amazing. The support has been great. Anytime I've run into something I didn't know how to do. I sent a quick message and had a response in minutes!!! Everything is laid out in an easy to find manner. Within a week I had multiple calendars up and running with mix of coaches, classes, teams, & individuals.
Kids LOVE the leaderboards and tracking data is a lot easier, saving me a ton of time on the back end.

I personally dislike how teambuildr labels the supersets. For example, on the athletes side, if they have a superset on block “A”, they need to click back and forth instead of scrolling down to see the next exercise. Makes it very confusing for high school athletes unless I physically write down or show on the tv that it’s a superset.

I also dislike how the easy join codes can only be used for new athletes. There should be a way where I can create an access code that the athletes can just enter to join a group. It might sound like a small problem, but when you teach strength classes with athletes who are in multiple sports, it takes 2 days to get everyone in the proper group to see the correct workouts.

On top of that, I cannot program two different sessions in the calander for the same group. I would like to have two different programs each day because I have athletes that have a strength class, so when they come in after school with their sport they can do the mobility workout instead of only seeing their classes workout. This can also be fixed if athletes could be able to be assigned to two different calendars at the same time.

Last negative thing, I wish there was a separate page for program and calendar. You can save your workouts after making them in a calendar, but you cannot have a saved program that you can edit prior to adding it to a calendar (that I know of).

End on a good note here: I like that the videos are on each page and I can create my own exercises and add notes to everything. I also like how we can use an iPad and have 4 athletes share to see their own individual program. Another major positive is having “Parent Calendars”, makes it really easy to edit programs for different groups in the same team (example: track & field as a parent, then have Throwers, Sprinters, Jumps as subs). Teambuildr does have a lot of positives to it, but it’s personally not my favorite software to program on.

Teambuildr is awesome! Their response time with support or questions is always very punctual, and they genuinely want to help. We are so happy to be using their services for our gym!
