I have had a great experience with teambuildr in all of my years using it. Been using it for 6 plus years. If any problems ever occurred the team at Teambuildr was able to help and get the problem fixed.

I think it's a difficult app to use when using it for questionnaires. You can only add 10 items, and if you want reports on the answers you need to type in dates to show every time. It would awesome to be able to just get the full report quickly. I would also like to be able to send out notifications with the app. Maybe i'm just not educated well enough about the app yet... maybe a sort of tutorial video could be nice.

I'm still new to this platform so take this with a grain of salt but im not a fan of your UI. Creating programs (especially for mass client assignment) seems a little convoluted and confusing at first glance. I have much more experience with Truecoach and find their "Programing" calendar option a bit more favorable

have had TeamBuildr since 2019 when I got them at Towson. It has made distribution of training programs better for my in-person and remote athletes. 10/10 recommend.

Company were quick at responding and helpful when resolving problems.
The package I have paid for is good, but lacked some clarity in advance about the reporting capabilities, but has been sufficient for my needs.

Many of the exercises include video demonstrations and in almost all cases, these are exercises that most everyone is familiar with. As for exercises that are not as widely known, they rarely include a video demonstration. This is where the demonstrations would be most helpful.

I like certain aspects of the program, but I find many things difficult to use. First, if I make a change in the program on a particular day, that change should update to the program without every student being required to download the program again. Any good program should anticipate change as new information demands it. Second, I need a better way to track my students' PR's, workout completion, growth, etc. Right now, I have to click on each individual student to do that, that's just too cumbersome! I would love a growth graph for the entire class. I need more information that I can quickly print and use on any given day.

Good overall platform, with ability to format to company logos and add a lot of athletes within different teams. Support has been good so far, with plenty of online video tutorials.
Lacks slightly on the more advance metrics needed in higher end programming, such as periodization cycles/planning and monitoring intra session and weekly workloads easily within an athletes profile.
I have also found the ability to add athletes to and monitor their wearable data a little difficult to set up and get basic data from.

The interface is great, but the preloaded videos are pretty awful, the form demonstrated for many of the exercises is extremely subpar.

I would love to be able to see the notes I add in my phone instead of having to click each exercise to see the notes. Otherwise its great

TeamBuilder is an excellent app for all trainers, , easy to use also and easy for the clients as well. The support team is excellent & they are always contactable & helpful with any questions . Highly recommend

User friendly and easy to follow.

Allows me to optimize my athlete's training. I am able to have a Level Program due to the efficiency of Teambuildr software. My athletes are also able to track their data to maximize their performance!

We had a few issues with entering test results and Colin was very helpful in instructing us on how to navigate the system

Easy to use program that’s highly customisable even on the entry level subscription. Signing on users with easy join codes has cut down admin tremendously, and being able to have as many calendars as possible makes programming for multiple groups easy to do. Would highly recommend.
