This app is great and it is essential for me when I work with my basketball team. It is my second year with this company.
I still think the weekly view should be available also in the silver plan, like I said last year.

Teambuildr has two major problems though:
-the website is full of bugs and sometimes it takes a lot to do simple operations (like changing an exercise), it usually happens when I work on the website for more than 40 straight minutes.

-the order of exercises on the app get often mixed up

This service works pretty great when you have multiple athletes in different sports. You can easily set up different calendars for each sport and give access based off of sport. Almost every workout has a demo video too. That’s pretty sweet for athletes.
There is also very helpful customer service when onboarding and troubleshooting.

Only negative- From a programming perspective the “copy” feature is slow. You cannot drag and drop an entire days workout to another day. You have to select the date you want to copy from and the date you want the workout moved to and then go back and delete the original date. It just takes more time when programming for a lot of teams.

I use the app on my iPad and I wish it could expand to fit the whole screen. I have some clients that get a lot of glitches when they switch between exercises and the reps transfer over to the next even when it’s the wrong amount.

Excellent customer service and very fast response time to all my questions. Virtual meetings were very helpful to learn the program and get started. I had no experience with Teambuildr prior to starting our program and while I have more to learn I feel confident that this program will help our athletes and coaches be organized and provide feedback. Our student athletes seem to really enjoy the app and putting videos in for each exercise is a major asset to teaching our younger athletes and some coaches too. Another feature that has helped us is the ability to create your own program so that we can input what some teams have already been doing and call the exercises by their familiar names. While we are just getting started in our first year, I would recommend Teambuildr to any coach or athletics program.

One of the best software in the market, more sport oriented, and that's a plus if you're a S&C working in team environments. Keep adding new features nad have one of the best customer service I've ever encountered.

I've used TeamBuildr for about three years and absolutely love it. The software is easy yet powerful and functional. The support team is knowledgeable and very responsive and they update the app regularly. It's saved me a lot of time and helped increase my business revenue - it's great!

The update to the app provides a lot more functionality. From a coaching perspective, this functionality allows to me to record feedback visual and written whether face to face or remote allowing me to track progress more effectively. The program planning is simple to use and very versatile, with the ability to add exercises, notes and videos easily. Where i would like to see development is in program auditing, what is there is good, but through developing an excel dashboard there was so much more that could be extrapolated, so having more options for manipulating the data within the app would be the icing on the cake for me.

I have been using Teambuildr for 6 years now and have found it to be a game changer. The best feature I have found is the ability to calculate out maxes, which are pretty much spot on, and to utilize them for assigning loads for exercises. This is done totally in the background and works well when jumping between cycles. The latest update to he mobile app is very well received by our athletes.
All in all makes my life so much easier.

Moving to TeamBuildr has been a fantastic experience. From the on-boarding, to the customer service, to the app itself, I have been blown away by the work being done by this team. Cannot recommend them enough as a business owner!

Pros:
First, let’s talk customer service.
From our demo experience, to becoming customers - the squad over at Teambuildr have been a pleasure to work with! Prior to signing up for services, they were patient in addressing all of our questions. And after signing up, they have been attentive to our needs. We were even assigned two account managers to help us.
Next, let’s take a closer look at the product: Teambuildr’s software is exactly what our business has been seeking for 4 years! It allows us to pull from pre-made programs or have the creative edge to create our own programming for our members. The feedback that we have received from 100+ members has been nothing but positive. Everyone has been smitten with the new platform. In house, it’s gives us advantages to track and generate reports on how a member has improved from their first visit. The ability to track benchmarks and have a live leaderboard has been a totoally game changer for our members and how we operate.
Cons:
Only this, there is so much to learn. Teambuildr has done a fabulous job creating the content for new comers to learn how to operate the software. The only downfall is that the content is not indexed. If you seek to learn how to specifically do something within the software, you find yourself in a sea of videos you have to watch until finding the right one. I hope the squad at Teambuildr sees this portion of the review and considers creating a library that is easy for existing and potential customers to navigate within.
Overall, 5 stars for this company and their software. If you’re considering using Teambuildr, you won’t regret it!!

Seems like of a lot of what could be perks/beneficial are left out/left up to the user to figure out/enter on their own (even with high packages) when it's present differently upfront. Programming is very general and not as helpful as I'd hoped. Not very user friendly.

Great program on the athlete side. For coaches works pretty well. But some functionalities need an upgrade fix. But overall the best program I have worked with over the last 15 years of coaching

Excellent customer service. The app works as advertised and is very reliable. clients are digging it.
