I ordered a pair of handlebar risers for my softail. They claim the part fits but they do not. They attempted to lie about their return policy to put me past the 14 day refund window. I am in the process of calling them on it but so far it is just endless emails back and forth.

Ordered a helmet from them off Amazon, waited the 4 days that it was supposed to come but never did. The following day I had to go through the hassle of trying to talk to someone to find out where my item was because no tracking was provided. I was told the item was on track to be delivered that day but it never came. The following day I had to go through the same hassle of finding out where my package was and they said it was canceled due to availability but still charged me. I will never shop this company again

BUYER BEWARE! This company is nothing but a scam. Yes the cost is low, but there is a very good reason! They lie thru their teeth (Alex) and have no priority other than ripping off the buyer!

I made a purchase off Amazon for a set of bags and a fairing. Some how I was charged for and was sent 2 of each whicj obviously I do not need 2. Amazon made me wait until package arrived to return the mistake and I have to deal with company which the company company is refusing to let me refund and return even though it's not even opened and it clearly states there a 30 days return policy.

Complete sh*t! RUN! Do not purchase from this company. Buy anywhere else first! The bags fall apart, customer service is terrible and they won’t sell you parts to fix. Garbage! I bought a set of hard saddlebags for my 2016 Indian and the chrome looking plastic top piece flew off while going down the highway. I emailed their customer service 3 x about wanting to BUY a replacement part and did not hear back. So I messaged through FB. Customer service tried to sell me $100 lock set! I just need the plastic part for the top of the bag to have mine functioning again, yet they refuse to help me or SELL it to me. I will continue to let everyone know how bad your customer service is and how cheap your product is. I even offered to PURCHASE THE PART and was treated very rudely by customer service on FB messenger.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!! Trying to get refund from wrong part received. ONLY way to get a hold of CS is email. Days to answer. Some Alex, has been the one answering the emails. Avoiding to send address and return instructions. Will report to BBB. If you haven't done so already, I highly recommend you do.

Not a reputable Company.
By mistake, I left some merchandise in my cart with them. They, Alex?, charged a card I had on file with amazon and sent me the parts. I never authorized the purchase and never got a confirmation of the purchase. When I got the email the parts were being sent I replied immediately and asked for an RMA because they were the wrong parts. Alex? talked me in circles and then cut off all communication and deleted the communication I did have with them.
took me for over $250.00. I have a dispute in with my credit card company, however without the emails to back up my story they got me. I would imagine it's not the first time or they wouldn't have gotten rid of our communication.

Same bad experience. Horrible company. Part didn't fit, wanted me to jump through hoops, take videos, and basically called me a liar. I even offered to pay for return shipping. Emails come in at 2am in broken english. Obviously working out of the country with some poor person in the US doing the shipping. Stay away, they will be under soon with this service.

Bought a tour pak on eBay. Tour pak had holes to drill in wrong spot. Asked for new lid which they sent top only. It came damaged. Then sent 2nd lid. Also damaged. Now saying to use the 2nd lid and just paint it. This company is terrible. They will not refund anyone and sends damaged items. I sent review before I drilled holes. Now I can’t leave a bad review. I would not buy from this company or eBay ever again. eBay does not refund after so many days. They do nothing to help you.

TCMT: cheap parts, cheaper service. Their ST fairing looks decent, but that's where the positives end. It arrived in a sad, mangled box with key hardware missing. Customer 'service' was MIA, taking 12 hours to respond and then dishing out a lazy, month-long delay for the parts they'd screwed up. When I fixed their mistake, they whined about needing a receipt for reimbursement. Installation was a frustrating, ill-fitting nightmare. Save yourself the headache - look elsewhere. 1 star.
