Ring has bent and twisted. Only been worn for 10 weeks. Emailed as wanting refund to purchase a new engagement ring elsewhere, but no reply. Poor craftsmanship, poor customer service, poor communication. Sad because the ring is actually gorgeous.

I proposed to my partner with Taylor Kom on the 22nd of June 2025. The postage was quick, my rings haven't lost there colour and the support team are beautiful. They went above and beyond for me and kept me in the loop.

THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I reached out in January to enquire about size differences between the moissanite bracelets - the replies from this company gave me bad vibes immediately. They sent me grainy, pixelated photos which looked like they were stolen from another site, and did not say which size was which, when i asked for reference when deciding which to buy. Furthermore, when I asked if Taylor Kom has a physical store or I would be able to try on the pieces, I was met with a curt, short reply, improper capitalisation, no punctuation… “no we dont have a physical store we are online only” i thought, this seems fishy? fair enough if you don’t have a physical store, but the rude tone and poor spelling of the message made me question the authenticity of this “business”, and contrasts the seemingly classy and refined website.

Upon further investigating the website, it appears this company uses a lot of AI generated imagery as well (especially the image of a person “making” the jewellery, is so obviously ChatGPT generated images), and lacks many size reference photos - presumably this is a dropshipping company who mark up prices significantly, but don’t have the customer service, nor the effort, the match the price hikes.

I still couldn’t stop thinking about investing in a moissanite jewellery set so I reached out again a few times months later to enquire about their earrings - this time over Instagram again, and with the live chat on the website. This time I was completely ignored in both Instagram DMs and their “Live Chat” on the website. The one time I did get a response when enquiring whether they have a reference photo for the 1 carat and 2 carat earrings, after my third attempt to reach out, I received a “no we dont” reply again.

Taylor Kom claim to take care of your jewellery and any problems you may have with their products up to 3 years after purchase - but if they treat you like this before they even have your money, what makes you think they’ll treat you even better after they’ve already got your money?

Also, notice how all the 5 star reviews are short, lacking specificity, and all submitted within close time points of one another - this leads me to believe these so called positive reviews are all fake reviews.

If you scour the internet for genuine reviews on Taylor Kom, you’ll find nothing. Even the User Generated Content ads on Taylor Kom’s instagram page look like these poor ladies are being held at gunpoint.

In summary:
1. Extremely poor communication and customer service
2. Fake positive reviews
3. Exorbitant price markups that do not feel justified given the quality of the products are dropshipping from Chinese wholesalers

After looking around in Sydney for other moissanite tennis bracelets that are also sterling silver, I found Theadore and Co gave far superior service and a more affordable price point. I have also since ordered from Knobspin on Aliexpress and received the exact same tennis bracelet imaged on Taylor Kom with the exact same specifications, for a third of the price that Taylor Kom are charging. The quality is impeccable and the sparkle is unlike anything else.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUD OF A WEBSITE WHO TREATS PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRT!

It’s truly absurd to think that I was almost willing to spend hundreds, potentially thousands of dollars with a company with zero credibility. Do your due diligence in researching, everyone! And when an online “business” seems fishy despite countless “positive reviews”, trust
your instincts.

The ring is beautiful, but with less than 3 days of wearing it it’s no longer gold. Feels like I can never find rings that holds up. Very disappointed! Given the price I paid. I don’t feel hopeful that if I do contact customer service anything will be justified given the reviews.

I purchased a gold plated ring, within 3 days the gold had come off of nearly all of the ring. I contacted them to get this corrected, and received no response without having to chase them many times. I first contacted them on March 7th - it is now June 13th and this is still yet to be resolved. Absolutely awful customer service.

Just received the video of the ring after final quality check after it was crafted. I couldn’t be more happier, it is stunning. I know beautiful rings videos don’t do it justice, but even through a camera lense it is so perfect. Very very happy with my purchase. I actually put my order through after reading reviews and they did not do me wrong. Big thanks to the team for their hard work

I encountered a problem with the ring size; unfortunately, it was too small for my wife's finger. The issue arose when I attempted to return it. I emailed to request an exchange, followed all instructions carefully, but after contacting the customer service team for an update, I received no response for over ten days. I tried phone, email, and WhatsApp, all without success. After ten days, they finally responded, claiming I hadn't sent the necessary information. I replied with printouts of my previous emails proving otherwise. I am still awaiting a response regarding the ring, which remains at the factory for resizing. I patiently await their reply.

The rings were made very quickly. Packaging was very luxe and the rings are just stunning.

I have nothing bad to definitely say as this is my first time purchasing from taylor kom and you definitely can not go wrong with any ring you wanna but worth the price I'd say :) thank you!!!
