I booked a transfer for 9 people, got a price accepted it, got a conformation. But than few days after got an email from the company that the price is not right, and they increased it by 300 euro....
Of course I cancel it and booked with a more reliable and much cheaper company.

Got kontakt with the taxi company, and they simed to be very service minded, so we are looking forward to our trip in may.

We book through taxi finder for a party of 9. For shuttle services from the airport to the cruise terminal. Thought it would be easy, but not at all. I could never get them to give me a phone number that would actually work to contact the driver ( like they tell you to do). Then our flight changed and I could never get them to update the driver with a new pickup time. So much for supposedly great customer service! Horrible!!! N

The process is far too long and complex: emailing me with a sem-literate HTML email (that was marked as spam), which looked like something a 4-year-old would write. That announce that I would get another email giving me a login to a web site where I could see a quote. Why is it necessary to go through all this 1990s stuff just to get a quote? And worse, when I clicked Cancel Trip, the pop-up panel says to click on "Don't cancel" but the only buttons are Yes and No. This whole site and process needs to be completely redesigned from scratch, and should be interactive and immediate.

Easy booking, quick feedback, not big choice, which for me is also positive as I did not have to spend much time on comparing price-quality of different offers

We needed a transfer from the airport in Bordeaux to Marmande. Reply was quick and the price was agreed on. I was very pleased because the whole process was so simple.

Only had 2 contacts who wanted us to have a 6 hour tour

Needed to book for a trip coming up for hotel to airport pickup, 4 people, Lucerne Zurich airport. The process was fast and easy. Received two quotes and confirmed one, great communication with taxi company via website.

Booking was easy. Once quote select communication with chosen provider was speedy.

I've never booked a driver before, so I can't compare, but Taxi-Finder was useful and handy for me. I reserved a two-way transfer from airport to Rome. The cost was a little cheaper than fixed price, and I had all the benefits from pre-booking (no stress) and good driver.
Taxi-Finder came useful for me when I was in hurry and needed a driver exactly in the right place and time.

Booked a transfer from Bruges to Lille with Martony, a local Belgian taxi firm. I don't know how I would have found them (from the UK) without your service. The taxi was modern and clean, excellent driver, on time and half the price quoted by the hotel. What more could I ask for!

I have travelled from Moscow to Paris with my family and I needed a taxi from local airport to Paris. I have ordered a taxi via taxi-finder. The site provided me with contacts of several taxi companies and I have chosen the best offer. I was happy because the price was less by 20 Euro compared to the local taxi service in Paris. the site is in Russian so everybody can understand it.

I needed to go from Wien airport to my hotel near Stadtpark, I received several good quotes from the site. The driver I chose was very kind, he replied quickly and he arrived on time at the airport.
Clean cab, comfortable trip.
This service is pretty useful and I think I'll use it again.

I was pretty unsure about using Taxi-Finder, cause I've never used services like this one before.
But it was just AMAZING! I totally recommend it to everyone who needs a high-quality airport transfer!
Driver was very nice and friendly, car came in time. Quote was more than acceptable in comparison with a usual price of street-caught taxi. Everything was surprisingly good:)

Needing to find transportation in a different country, from the airport to another town, I was concerned as to reliability and performance in finding a company. Taxi Finder provided me with several options from which to choose and I was able to make a selection from the quotes provided by their recommendations with the ability to interact with the providers before final selection. The service is excellent and will definitely use them again.

I completed the booking request accurately however, Taxi-Finder posted the wrong starting point so, I received offers that are of no use at all. I tried on 3 separate occasions to use the 'chat on-line' feature in help and support. On one of the occasions whoever it was that was supposed to provide assistance just cut the call. I even sent an e-mail to Taxi Finder and quite naturally so they didn't bother to reply. WARNING Stay well away.

Car booked 4 days prior and several email confirms - all looked good. Then didn't show up at Dubai hotel and phone number provided was not answering. So had no choice than flag taxi from hotel which turned out to be AED70 to DXB instead of your guy's quoted AED100.
You need to ensure only reliable providers on your system or get out of the way if you can't handle it - now seeing other neg reviews also.
