Deberían asegurarse de que l a persona a la que le están sacando dinero pregúntale si ella se suscribió con ustedes o no porque ella nunca lo hiso y así me sacaron dinero y necesito la devolución porfavor.

I had an issue and it was pretty easily taken care of by the Escalation Team.

Update 3/2/26: Changing my review from a two-star to a one-star. After requiring me to leave a review in order to "finalize" my refund, and then seeing my honest review of two stars, they moved the goalposts and held my refund hostage until I either changed the review to something higher, or deleted the bad review. I was unwilling to do that, as they had still not followed through with any remedy, and I didn't believe it would be true and accurate for me to leave a better review when they hadn't actually done anything yet to earn that change.

For these reasons, I'm changing my review to one-star, even if it means they keep my refund. At this point, it's just the principle of the thing. I believe requiring good reviews in exchange for refunds is incredibly shady -- and that's on top of the deceptive practices they use to get subscriptions in the first place.

Original Review:
They advertised a cheap product and my nephew thought I would like it, so put in the order. That part is our fault; however, this product seems to be non-existent. We were assured we'd receive a confirmation email confirming the order of the product, but no such thing ever came, or if it did, it was incredibly unclear of what it was -- instead, we received confirmation of a "trial membership" for the money we had paid, and another email stating we'd be charged a lot more for a real membership in two days. I saw nothing to assure me that I would receive the product that was ordered, and so I can only conclude that this is a scam. The fact that they're rated so low elsewhere does not fill me with confidence.

To their credit (and the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1), they responded to my email requesting to cancel immediately. However, despite their initial email telling me I could cancel anytime via their website or email, the response I got stated it wouldn't be canceled until the 23rd due to the "cancelation period", so now I'm worried that they're going to charge me the $60-something that's supposed to come out in two days. Additionally, they required me to leave a review here in order to "confirm" my cancelation request before they would issue a refund, and had the nerve to request a 4 or 5 despite the fact that requiring a review at all is incredibly shady.

If things go better than I expect and my cancelation and refund go through, I'll return and adjust this review, because I do believe in giving credit for the quick response.

Followed a link on Facebook for a promotion, next thing I know I'm signed up for a subscription with this company that is in the US! I'm in SA

Unfortunately this has changed,
This company is not good, Last month I cancelled my membership and one of their employees called Ashley sent me an email confirming my cancellation and refund but I haven't received my refund yet and they debited my account today 02/03/26. They are not good at all. They haven't kept their word and yet they continue to debit my account even after cancellation. To me that's fraud.

Return the money to the account or send the watch. And yes, who gave you the right to collect more money than the required amount from anyone's account without OTP? This company has withdrawn more than 120 dollars from my account for 29 dollars and now it is acting like a dramatist.
