Best virtual assistant company in the world.

I absolutely love and depend on this virtual assistant company to run my content marketing business. They help me with everything from research to administrative help to lead generation to publishing and web design. The thing I like best about them is that I have one point of contact with the company and they assign my tasks to the most qualified person on the team. I never have to struggle with not finding the right assistant. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs virtual assistant help! Also, the price is incredibly reasonable. I have tried several other virtual assistant companies in the United States and abroad, and they are by far the best. I have been using them exclusively for four years now, and would never move to a different company.

Thorough professionals!

Had asked the company to make me a logistics website and they delivered it before the time line we agreed on. Thorough professional. They had assigned one of the developers to understand my concept and writhing 5 days the website was up and ready . Very polite and of course very very affordable. Going to use their other services of VA too.

They did a website for us and they were very professional. I had just given them some simple guidelines and how I wanted the website to look, and they managed to deliver promptly.

They even include unlimited changes until we were satisfied with the website.

The team at Task Virtual has provided an excellent service.

A few ups and downs at the beginning, but they were able to sort out the technical issuess.

Staff, including Sid, has been prompt in dealing with my queries and team has provided excellent content articles for my Blog.

I'm very satisfied with their service and would recommend their service to others.

Refunds only for poor quality and bad reviews not billing issues.

I tried to drop my plan the charge showed on my account at the smaller plan then revert back to the large amount. On their end it only let me keep it at the larger plan. When reach out they were unable to refund me because I was not unsatisfied with their previous work". Note I have the 40 hour a month plan they only use maybe an hour or two of that due to issues with hosting and other issues that occurred and I alerted them of the issues immediately after the second months payment started to pend. You have to jump threw hoops, and honestly I felt the guy I talk to cancel was trying to manipulate me based on the changes in his tone and language. I got to the point of just agreeing with him just to get him to go away almost, and if you write a bad review the constantly hound you to get you to change it because "they have 7 years of good reviews", but how many are all good and not people just changeing then to get htem to back off. NOT WORTH it.

We were testing out a variety of virtual assistant services because we were looking to outsource some basic operations tasks (specifically data entry) and came across this team. They were reviewed well on a number of platforms so we decided to go on with a trial.
Overly aggressive sales tactics. This is a company that focuses on a hard sell, they focus on getting you signed up quickly, and pay no attention to helping you understand the service and understanding your needs, requirements and working style. They care primarily on getting you onto their “free trial” as quickly as possible because they care more about getting your money than they do about providing you with a service.
Their “free trial” is a scam. They represent their free trial as the provision of 3 hours of work. However they also take a $1000 deposit that is apparently refundable if the trial isn’t to your satisfaction. They partake in the same poor practices that tech firms have been known to do in establishing a “free trial” taking your details and making the trial period so short that you don’t have time to exit out of the contract. The impression we were given by the provider was that they would provide 3 hours of work, and that then we would have time to evaluate the work quality and make a decision on moving forward (common practice for every other assistant service we’ve used). This was not the case.
At the end of the trial they didn’t even inform us that the task was complete so whilst we were waiting for the aforementioned “3 hours” of work to be completed they then just ended the trial early and started the “first month” of work taking the $1000. When we reviewed the work we found that it was of poor quality, the task wasn’t completed to any reasonable degree of satisfaction and the 70 minutes that they spent on the task was actually entering data into a form - a task which they actually delegated back to me. They ignored the rest of the instructions which required them to extract files from a specified source and uploading those files into another portal. Even after asking multiple times to do this they still didn’t use the full 3 hours to do the full task.
Poor English speaking skills. The assigned associate (and manager) did not have sufficient English skills. This led to miscommunication where they failed to even understand a clearly written task in plain English as well as an inability to communicate effectively over the phone.
Poor communication timing. The communication timing was extremely poor often contacting us outside of clearly stated work hours and time zones and contacting us unannounced over the phone. This created time delays between communication - they were almost never available when needed.
This is not only a poor service experience, these are poor business practices. We decided not to move forward with them and they have decided to take our $1000 for 70 minutes of poor quality work. We will not be using them again and would warn any others looking for assistant and operational services work to not use them.

Well, we have still not heard back from you about the PDF attached (www.shorturl.at/aBHQT). That’s strange! Despite trying to reach you for feedback, our VA received 0 cooperation, 0 help, and 0 assistance from your side. We take all feedback seriously and will use this opportunity to improve our services and ensure that similar issues do not arise in the future.

Regarding the English-speaking skills of our associate and manager, we apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent communication and customer service, and we will take the necessary steps to improve our skills and ensure that our clients are satisfied with the services we provide.

Finally, regarding the timing of our communication. Our team is available during flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our clients, and we work round the clock to ensure that communication is timely and on point. We tried to communicate with you several times in your Time Zone. Do we have to share all the screenshots and Skype logs to reveal the truth?

I previously used Task Virtual years…

I previously used Task Virtual years ago and switched to Efficise. I recently got contacted for a promo deal for $10 for 10 hours and used only 2 hours. They did very good on those two tasks.

I shared with the team upfront I was testing to see if more time would be needed.

They shared upfront that I could downgrade or upgrade the service. They NEVER shared upfront that if I did not cancel beforehand that I would be charged the full rate $110 AND they would not refund EVEN if I canceled the same day (which I did).

Nor, did they do any reminders whatsoever of the upcoming charge which is very typical business practice especially for reoccurring services (all my others do this). I suggested they implement this.

I kindly asked for refund or if they wanted to argue shared I would dispute with Paypal, my bank, AND negative review. They did refund, let me use the promo again, and choose the plan before expiration.

All their Vas did great on the tasks: I will continue to use them now
