Unresolved Payout Issue Since October - Withholding Earned Funds Without Alternative Solutions
I am form Turkey and I have been working on Yandex Tasks for a long time, spending countless hours completing low-paying micro-tasks that require immense time, focus, and continuous effort.
Since October, I have been unable to withdraw my hard-earned balance due to the closure of the Papara payment method. The discontinuation of Papara is completely out of the user's control. Despite opening numerous support tickets over the past months, the support team consistently provides automated, repetitive, and evasive answers instead of offering any viable alternative payout method (such as linking Payoneer or providing a manual transfer).
Continuing to push new tasks on the platform while withholding earned user funds for months without providing a solution is completely unacceptable and unethical.
I demand an immediate resolution to link a functional withdrawal option so I can withdraw my balance. Until this payment issue is properly addressed, I strongly advise others to be cautious about investing their time in this platform.
