This is the second time I have undertaken a training course run by Target Training Associates. Ralph and Claire consistently set such a high benchmark when it comes to delivering training and coaching. It's always fun, engaging and inspires you to learn so much more about yourself as an individual and as a team member.

There are many training courses out there in which you are fed information, expected to learn it and be on the way. Box ticked... But this pair are different.

With Ralph and Claire, expect to attend a course and be taken on their journey as you learn to develop yourself. Both have remarkable, interesting backgrounds and an undoubted passion for the training they deliver. All of which are supported by very polished presentations, brilliant materials and handouts and energised class room assignments. I found myself on a genuine learning experience and have picked up skills I will be using for the rest of my career. I'm thrilled my company put me in touch with them. 5/5 trainers, 5/5 materials, 1/5 Formula 1 fans. ;)

Starting the training in my senior years I was quite sceptical, after the introduction to our trainer Claire I was totally taken by the whole experience.
Claire is a trainer that radiates energy and enthusiasm and leaves nothing to chance. I would recommend Target to anyone I came away with so much more.

Ralph and Claire delivered a great Train the Trainer course for a cohort of us at work. Despite having delivered training for nearly 7 years, I'd never been given specific tools or techniques, and this was a great 2-day course focussed on really delivering great & effective training sessions. This Coaching Skills course is the second course I've completed with Target Training and Claire, the first being Train the Trainer. That first course has significantly impacted my career over the last two years; not only has the quality of training I provide to organisations improved, but it has also given me the confidence to work with my organisation on an internal training program.

It's been over a week since I completed the Coaching Skills course, and I'm already seeing its positive impact. I have become more mindful of the impact I have on others, and I find myself paying closer attention to the individual words people use instead of just focusing on their sentences.

The welcoming atmosphere you experience upon arrival at the course helps you settle in and quickly concentrate on the content. The course material has been well-planned, and Claire is adept at evaluating attendees and adjusting her approach accordingly. Claire's positive attitude is contagious and instils confidence in participants, encouraging them to participate in discussions.

Just completed the two day online course which I was a little apprehensive of initially. These concerns were gone very quickly as the use of the online platform proved to be very good and stable. The course itself was extremely informative and the delivery very engaging. I personally took a lot from this course and would encourage others do do the same as it builds confidence, demonstrates the use of training structure techniques and how to include all participants in a way that I had not considered before.
Ralph was the trainer who was great fun and put everyone at ease immediately. He used all the techniques being taught in his training right from the start which I only realised as the course progressed and began to understand their use.
I am not the finished article yet but this course has given me the tools to be a great trainer with practice.
Thank you Ralph for your patience and encouragement on what was a fantastic few days learning, where I learned so much. You made everyone feel included and informed. You even went above and beyond to interrupt a vacation with the inconvenience of an unsociable time for you.

Firstly, Ralph and Claire know their subject matter in tremendous depth. It is clear that they have done research and woven concepts together into a cohesive and thorough workshop. Secondly, the workshops have been designed to be a brilliant blend of theory and practice - putting their principles into action by having us on our feet several times a day to try out the skills they're teaching us. This wasn't the first training I attended, but it was certainly one of the best.
The great knowledge and experience of Mr. and Mrs. Moody, combined with their charisma and incredible energy, made the 4 days of training I recently attended a huge boost of knowledge and new practical tools that I can take back to my workplace.

I attended the 4 days Leadership training. It was great. I learned a lot about how I can develop myself being a manager and a leader and how I can improve my team by doing so at the same time. Claire and Ralph gave us a lot of tools to work with. And it doesn't stop there. For the next months we will have follow-ups to see how we are doing. I recently attended a course with Claire and Ralph. The course content was very interesting and has inspired me to look at what I can do to improve, and what I can be better at. I felt engaged, and the energy from everyone in the room was positive. The shared stories where very powerful at times and honesty plays a big part in ensuring you improve yourself!
