I have a debit card with plenty of money in my account but your web site would not acknowledge it, or agree or whatever. I had repeated emails from a nice man with, I believe, a Spanish sounding. He kept telling me I had to go to my bank and change something, whatever. THE FACT IS THIS: I use this card everyday, several times a day, and I never get turned down or refused. Therefore, without pointing fingers at anyone, I don't believe the problem was on my end

We have looked into your concern and found that your order was placed on our website on Thursday October 30th 2025 at 8:58 pm . According to our records, your order was shipped on Friday October 31st 2025.
According to the tracking details the last scan on your order was on Sunday Nov. 2nd. We received your email on Friday Nov. 14th 2025 at 8:01 am advising us your concern.
We called and spoke to FedEx on Friday Nov. 14th , In accordance to the FedEx rep, they confirmed that your package was lost. They informed us that the package was available for a full refund.
We emailed you with the updated information on Friday Nov. 14th advising that we are able to offer you a full refund. We later realized that we still had an opportunity to send out a replacement to meet your deadline before Thanksgiving.
We called and offered you a full refund or replacement on Nov 14th at 12:38 pm and you accepted a replacement.
We understood the importance of the order and upgraded the shipping method of the replacement package from Ground shipping to 2nd day air. We tracked your replacement and found that it was delivered on Monday Nov 17th.
Understanding that once a package is shipped, FedEx will move the package for us until it's delivered, We understand that at times, FedEx or any shipper company will make a mistake. Our company stays committed to our customers to ensure that we meet every customers satisfaction. We did everything we could in fast manner. With that being said, we respectfully requested a new rating and did not receive a reply. "

just some thoughts
Hi, it's a good experience because you're all very helpful and we're able to get responses quickly.
Couple items to consider...
1) when ordering, there's no way to have a 0.00 charge when doing will-call. It always charges and then have to follow up and make sure the shipping charges weren't added to final cost.
2) some of the items (tote bags specifically) that are on your website and either no longer in stock, or it's limited and won't be available after being sold out. It would be helpful to know what inventory you actually have. Would probably be more efficient cause you wouldn't have people keep calling to see what you have.
3) There are a lot of low-tier tote bag options out there. Yet, every client I have that asks for a tote bag always want a heavier / better quality / canvas tote bag. There is the totebagfactory.com option but they are far and you guys are so much more convenient. It's just there aren't a lot of options when it comes to bags.

* We currently don't accept local pick ups as stated on our website, We appreciate the years of business we have doing together. We are currently making accommodations for you. We currently only take orders through our website and shipped through FedEx or USPS, therefore the order must be submitted as is and a note be entered in the comments box. Your card is not charged until the order has been completed, unfortunately, their no way around it. We manually remove the sales tax as we have your CA Resale number on file. We also remove the shipping fees and charge your card accordingly. When the order is picked up, the new invoice will reflect the correct amount.

Its easy to order from tans club. I have been ordering from them for decades. I print on the bandanas and people have always loved them. they are thin and soft like a bandana is suppose to be and the cotton which i use exclusively is easy to print bleached designs on to.
