I have ordered serum for lashes and brows. I have received out of date product. I have sent email with the product picture to show that is out of date once ive opened it. No one bothered to reply. When I was trying to write a complain I wasn't able as something went wrong (how weird?)

Ponad dwa miesiące temu powinnam dostać zwrot pieniędzy za paczkę, która nie została mi dostarczona i do tej pory tych pieniędzy nie otrzymałam. Cały proces wyjaśniania sytuacji przebiegał w porządku, jednak gdy przyszedł czas na zwrot kosztów menadżer sklepu przestał odpowiadać na moje mail'e. Bardzo nieprzymyślana zagrywka, bo stracili tym samym stałą klientkę. Nigdy nic już nie zamówię z tego sklepu. Nie mam zamiaru wspierać krętaczy i oszustów.

Wszystko ok. Zamówiłam w poniedziałek, we wtorek zostalo wysłane a czwartek je otrzymalam. Wszystko owinięte folia babelkowa, dobrze zabezpieczone. Otrzymałam nawet gratis(5 lizakow:)). Może mogłabym się doczepić do terminu ważności kosmetyków, są dosyć bliskie( dwa mają termin w tym roku). Ale zdążę je zużyć, więcnie ma problemu. Ceny niskie, myślę że warto. Polecam. Ja jestem jak najbardziej zadowolona.

Out £6, Beware of expiring products
I wanted to love this site because it's cute looking and I love Bially- Jelen products. Plus I would have been a constant customer. The problem is they sent me a cream that will expire in May, in two weeks now. I tried calling and I emailed them 4 times with pictures of the product and the expirey date ( which was printed large and clear). I got no answer nothing. I did consider the crisis that is going on, but if I ordered today I'm sure they would take my payment and send it out.

1 Star is too much for this company, if I could give 0 I would. First of all, I ordered 5 creams from them for the first time and they sent me fake items. None of the creams were even sealed and did not have any clear film around the box like they usually come when I’ve bought them from other websites. Tried contacting the company by emailing and no reply, send about 10 emails the past week. Messaged them on instagram a few times and guess what?? No reply. Stay away, they sell fake items and don’t even reply to you.

Zamowilam paczke 31 grudnia zostala odrazu oplacona, dzis jest 11 Stycznia i paczka nie zostala wyslana.. na dodatek wchodzac na ich strone mam do zalpacenia dodatkowe 11f za cos czego nie zamowilam.. napisalam juz 4 maili. Dostalam jedna odpowiedz ze nie ma jakiejs rzeczy z mojego zamowienia a reszta powinna czym predzej dotrzec. I na tym koniec. Na fb do nich pisze.. jedyne co to odpisuje mi jakis bot, ze za chwile sie skontaktuja i cisza. Prosilam o zwrot pieniedzy.. dalej 0 jakiego kolwiek kontaktu !

Żałuje, że nie odkryłam tej strony wcześniej..
Żałuje, że nie znalałam tego wcześniej... tyle razy prosiłam kogoś z polski, żeby mi kupił i wysłał kosmatymi do włosów czy twarzy, a na ebay, amazon czy innych były 3x większe ceny, a tutaj się na prawdę bardzo opłaca, jestem pod wrażeniem cen, za wysyłkę również nie jest straszna,dostępności produktów, szybka dostawa, potwierdzające e-maile wiec dobry kontakt, bezpiecznie zapakowana paczka, same plusy.
