I’ve been looking for a reliable way to get my favorite snacks from India without paying a fortune in shipping or waiting months, and this shop is a total game-changer. The selection is incredible, and the quality is top-notch.

We ordered in bulk for a wedding but Tangy Shop did not deliver on time even ordering well before time. Customer service not reachable and dont update even after writing multible emails. There is no way that we can contact them once you place an order and no tracking available online for any orders.
It was a horrible experience for these nostalgia candies. NOT WORTH IT

I ordered Indian snacks from Tangy Shop and was quite disappointed. All the items arrived in extremely small sachet-sized packets, yet they were priced as if they were regular-sized packages. If you’re going to charge a premium, at least provide normal-sized packets so customers feel they’re getting value.

Additionally, their website mentions shipping within 5–7 days, but my order took over two weeks to arrive. The delay combined with the tiny portions made the experience frustrating.

Overall, pricing, portion size, and shipping timelines do not align with what is advertised. I would not recommend ordering unless this is clearly communicated upfront.

Guys. Save your money don’t buy from them. This is a fraud company as you can see from other reviews as well. It’s been 25 days since I placed the order, there is literally no news of my shipment. They’ve basically stolen the money. Cheats.

1 month of my prepaid order and still its not delivered as on 29th dec 2025. Whatsapp, email and founder on linkedin all are non responsive. All positive reviews are paid including influencers UGC videos. Have already posted about this fraudulent brand in my 10k+ founders group as well as MSME groups. Their email is dead.

Order #27705111 was placed and fully paid on 17th December 2025 for 23 items. Today is 26th December, and there is no delivery, no dispatch update, and absolutely zero communication from Tangy Shop India.

What makes this worse is that I have repeatedly tried to contact them — sent multiple WhatsApp messages and even called the phone number provided on their website. No response. No callback. No explanation.

This is not a delay — this is complete negligence. Taking payment upfront and then going silent is extremely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about reliability and ethics.

If you cannot handle orders, stop accepting payments. Ignoring customers after taking their money is unacceptable.

Strongly NOT recommended. Think twice before ordering unless you’re okay with chasing your own money.

This company is a complete disaster and should NOT be trusted.

I placed my order on 12 November 2025 (Order Number: 23296111). Today is 16 December 2025 — over 35 days have passed.
No product. No tracking. No response. Zero accountability.

I have sent multiple emails, followed up patiently, and even provided proof of payment and order confirmation. They have ignored every single message. This clearly shows they are not interested in customer service once they have your money.

This is not just bad service — this is gross negligence and unethical business practice. Any genuine business would at least respond. Their silence strongly suggests intentional disregard for customers.

If you are thinking of ordering from them, DON’T.
Save your money. Save your time. You may never hear from them again.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will:
• Escalate this matter through consumer protection channels
• Share all proofs publicly (emails, payment receipts, order details)
• Ensure other customers are fully aware of how this company operates

Despite many emails and reminders, there has been no response from the vendor. order on 24 April 2025, and I am still following up. The courier service they hired (Ekart) does not have a working phone number or an email address. They are fraud. Don't buy from them. Order #2445111

Hi, first of all the parcel didn’t came to me . Second , when I ordered second time there were things that were missing about 3-4 items. Too be honest my experience with you was not good .

They give old expired items which are inedible and they are just playing with our emotions that this will make you remember ur childhood and emotionally we pay double for these products. ....

They as a brand are just too full of confidence of being able to serve celebrities that they try and act like one.

I as a customer just made a request to get my products before the estimated delivery time as it clashed my flight timings. Even offered to bare the extra expenses for services like porter or uber parcel.

But I suppose the person looking after everything is either dumb or too full of brand ego.

Rest I have a detailed screenshot that speaks for itself and the way he treats his customers including the 100+ celebrities false claim and how he just abuses them as well. Do let me know if anyone wants the screenshots of his replies before ordering it from here.

Don't fall for their shipping days claims, they are always late and never respondent on time.

1. The "Express" Shipping That Was Anything But:
I selected express shipping, hoping to get my items quickly. Instead, my order sat in "processing" for nearly TWO WEEKS. That's not shipping delay—that's them taking two weeks just to put things in a box. For "express" shipping, that's an absolute joke and a complete waste of my money.

2. The Straight-Up Bait and Switch:
I specifically ordered 40 LARGE Chatmola packets and was charged for the large size. What did I actually receive? 40 TINY, MINI PACKETS. This isn't a simple mistake; this feels like a deliberate cheat. You advertised one thing, took my money for it, and then sent a cheaper, inferior product. That's disrespectful and dishonest.

3. The Mango Masti Massacre:
This one actually made my jaw drop. I ordered 80 packs of Mango Masti. When I opened the box, I found a horrific scene. Every single packet looked like it had been stomped on. The candies weren't just a little squished—they were utterly pulverized into a sticky, messy pulp. There wasn't a single recognizable piece of candy in the entire batch. It's completely inedible. What kind of packing job does this? Did you use my box as a football before shipping it?

The Final Insult:
The most frustrating part is knowing how wildly overpriced these items are. We pay well above market rate because we trust you to deliver quality and get it right. This entire experience shows a complete lack of care for your customers, your products, and your own reputation. You inflated the price but forgot to include basic competence and respect. I didn't just overpay—I paid for products I literally cannot use. This is beyond disappointing; it's embarrassing for you.

Old review: I ordered a large order from this site for indian Candies and chose upgraded express shipping, but its been 7 days and there are no updates from the site.
Might be a scam website. I might have to open dispute on PayPal.
