The prize is good and was delivered on time. All 5 boxes. 📦 I’m just reviewing the delivery here because I have not opened the boxes yet and will plan to assemble the rattan set on May. I will write another review once I open the boxes .

Not a reliable company

This company is the type that promises you to deliver in a sooner date to get your business but they don't deliver on-time. I purchased a furniture set from this company through Amazon they delivered after the promised date when there was nobody home, package disappeared from the front door and they don't want to take any responsability. Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THSI COMPANY! They don't have your back as customer. Terrible.

Doll House Furniture

The item gave as ordered shame on my for not noticing it was build for a doll house.

I was able to use to store shot glasses not how i intended for my entertainment system.

Product was packed extremely well and delivered in perfect condition. Yes, it can be used as a desk or vanity. I’m using it as a desk.

While the directions were a little…

While the directions were a little difficult for me to follow, the chairs are awesome.....very sturdy and comfortable for a fraction of the cost that my sister paid for her Polly Wood. I will be buying more.

Purchased a round Acacia Wood Outdoor…

Purchased a round Acacia Wood Outdoor table from Target that was manufactured by Tangkula. The table started to ward, separate and crack within one week of use. Contacted both Tangkula and Target and neither company will assist or take responsibility for their products. Would never buy from them again. Buyer beware, this company does not stand by their products. Purchase from another company.

Ordered barstools via Target.com with…

Ordered barstools via Target.com with delivery date 1/10. Fedex tracking added label for pickup on 1/5. Multiple emails from Fedex showing product in route from IL, no delivery on 1/10. By 1/15 still no barstools, so I call Target to inquire about the Fedex tracking at which this point shows the product arrived in Austell, Ga. Customer service at Target informed me that products listed as “on-line only” are third party vendors and they give them an additional 5 business days post stated delivery to get the product to the customer. By 1/18 still no barstools and Fedex tracking hasn’t budged, so I called FedEx to report an issue with my delivery and they’ve opened up a case. I wish I would’ve known that Targets “on-line only” products were offered by 3rd party vendors, I would have done my research before purchasing. After reading these reviews, I’m praying that the barstools are of quality, and have all the components required to assemble them.

I ordered a dining table

I ordered a dining table. They only sent legs, they stated the top would be sent in 2-3 days. It's been a week and I yet to receive my full order.
I would not recommend this company!!!

Do not buy any of these products from…

Do not buy any of these products from Target. Customer service stinks at Target and Tangkula. Unable to get anywhere with either company. I am now stuck with two bedside tables I cannot return without jumping through hoops. I blame Target for using poor quality vendor (third party).
I have been sent to seven different telephone numbers by Target…..none of which were of any use. Very disappointed in Target.

DO NOT BUY TANGKULA FURNITURE!!!

Ordered a patio set via Target.com from manufacturer Tangkula. Product showed up without hardware. Prethreaded and requires a variety of stainless steel metric bolt which are impossible to find entirely locally.

Response from Tangkula to Target was slow so tried reaching out by phone and email to Tangkula directly who never responded. Tangkula initially said to check boxes for hardware (duh!). Finally got back a week later that they do not have replacement hardware.

I had to load all this stuff back into my car to get it back to a target store, packing my car to the gills. To add insult to injury, when I got to target, because I couldn’t see anything out the passenger windows I grazed a truck tire that was jutting out over the parking line. Will probably cost about as much as the patio set to repair. Not targets fault, but never would have happened if Tangkula had any level of competent customer service.

Target was great about promptly refunding the purchase but they hid the review on the item on their website. Shady.

DO NOT BUY TANGKULA. DO NOT BUY THIRD PARTY FURNITURE FROM TARGET.
