Awesome food. I visited the branch in london. It was a nice atmosphere having a very thai style sitting area. Food was delicious. Will definitely go again and try on other items on the menu.

Callum was a great server and very attentive.

Food was fine but expensive for what you get. Nice atmosphere though. Not in a rush to go back

Very good customer service at the Corn exchange branch in Manchester. They were friendly and attentive at all times and the food was served fairly quickly.
However the Trafford centre branch isn't consistent with their customer service at all. The staff can be very rude and unwelcoming at times.

Disapointed and shocked by staff behaviour.First of all the elderly lady at the reception was using her saliva to turn papers and give out menus!
we waited with two kids and was offered a seat in the outside area by the same waitress. My wife said we would like to sit inside and would wait a bit more as the outside seats had no back support. The waitress clearly didnot like that and said that might be a very long wait eventhough it was clearly not very busy and only one family waiting. we agreed to wait and in few minutes another waitress offered seat but the 'other' lady' stopped her and told her about us and let another customer in. we waited and saw they making us wait and letting other customers in. After some time we left and went to another restaurant. This was a shocking and unacceptable behaviour and my daughter was in tears as we travelled from preston and planned our dinner at tampopo and then we were made to leave.Member of staff at the front must be trained for customer service skills and adhere to good hygeine practices, just one person spoiled our family night!

I just tried the new menu and I have to say it was really good as expected. A bit pricey on small dishes and drinks though.

The food is not my usual fare but I love the dishes I have. They are tasty and well cooked. I can even have my dishes personalized. The chilli crackers and edmame beans are delightful.
The staff can't do enough for you. The range of hot and cold drinks are interesting too. We have taken a shine to the rose Zinfandel wine they serve too.
Have a thoroughly fabulous time each time we go.
Manchester Albert Square is just the job for a lovely evening of food with attentive friendly service.

Was there with unwell child at a restaurant ordered two main meals and and a portion of rice.
Requested an ice cream scoop from the kids menu, The sorry excuse for a manager called James refused flatly saying that you've not ordered a kids menu so you cannot have the desserts from the main menu.
To put cherry on top he handed the main desserts menu and said that you can choose and ice cream flavour from that one, none of the flavous in the menu were child friendly.
I have worked in reading and I am a regular there for 2 years, we feel that we were treated unfairly, and if there is a policy for not serving desserts without main meal seems ridiculous.

The attitude from the manager to put it mildly was brash and certainly needs looking at, however the girl who served us apologised several times knowing that were being treated unfairly.

Over the last two years the portion sizes have reduced as well

Small chain offering a wide range of eastern fusion food in the style of wagamma.
Fresh tasting and innovative , with good veggie and vegan choices as well as meat.
My only gripe as a vegan was paying the same price as my wife for a pudding when my vegan version had no ice cream and nothing to replace it ( bit stingy) , otherwise a good unhurried experience .
