Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I purchased a brand new bike and it was delivered this past Monday, it came with a bad battery. I reported this issue immediately and I keep getting the run around from customer service to unplug or plug in the battery. I’m not an idiot and have used batteries before, and this battery is a dud. A $700+ bike and customer service is telling me to just unplug the battery. They take around 24 hrs to respond and respond at 2am CST. I just need a battery. I even offered to send beck the battery they originally sent if they think I’m lying. And nothing. Buyer beware on customer service. I can’t even review the bike because I can’t turn it on.
I ordered a charger it’s been a week…
I ordered a charger it’s been a week and there is no eta posted I need the charger for battery so I can use my byke but it’s taking forever we are going into week two and I still don’t have a date of arrival for my charger

We have 2 Tamobykes and we love them
We have 2 Tamobykes and we love them. Last year we started my 12 year old son on a T63. The T63 is a great starter bike for a kid. It has all the style and features of more expensive bikes for a fraction of the cost. Our newest bike is the V20 Pro and we also love this one. Again the V20 Pro has all the power and style of bikes that are much more expensive. If you are not sure if these bikes are for you, you can take it from me to give them a chance and you will not be disappointed.

Battery issue
My battery wasn't working well so I contacted them and they got back to me right away and helped me solve the problem!
Tamobyke V20 Pro
I snuck in just before the Earth Day sale ended and got $110 off my V20 Pro. The only problem I had was that one of the front fender mounting holes had to be re-threaded, but I had the correct tap in my toolbox so no big deal. The instruction manual could use a better language translation along with a better explanation of the digital display functions. But other than that, I love this E-Byke. I’m a bigger guy and my V20 Pro carries me around no problem. It has more torque and power than I anticipated. So you lighter people better hang on tight. On my first ride, I had a smile from ear to ear. Looking forward to many rides on my new V20 Pro!!!

This bike it's amazing,customer service amazing
I ain't going to lie delivery was quick and this bike is amazing my first e bike and I'm loving it everyday I enjoyed it going to work cause this is like my vehicle plus goes pretty fast only thing I had an issue with was with the extra brake pads that they give u for free it wasn't in the box and I sent them an email and right away they was on it I can say I love this company... Thank you tamobyke for this amazing bike

Ordered add-on rear foot pegs for bike. Quality was very good and price was reasonable. Wish the shipping was a little faster but overall I am satisfied with the purchase. Would buy accessories again.
I ordered a controller for my V20pro
I ordered a controller for my V20pro. The controller works great, but it took a while to receive. Ordered on March 15, received April 2nd. Wish the shipping time was shorter.

Have been overall satisfied with the purchase of the T16 for our son. The customer service from Tamobyke has been exceptional. I needed assistance ordering a spare seat cover, and also changing the settings on the bike. All of my inquiries were addressed right away and taken care of. Highly recommend this company!
