My experience of Tamar coaches was great if they offered a £1500 imaginary coach experience because that is what we received.

Stood outside plymouth museum waiting for the coach to the NEC Birmingham and guess what no coach and to find out they didn't even book it just shows the level of incompetence this company has.

41 students waiting to go to the games expo at 6:45 in the morning all left disappointed.

You would have thought they would have cared more getting a contract with a university but apparently not.

They have single handedly wasted money on all the tickets for the games expo and the cost of the coach itself.

Unfortunately sorry doesn't really cut it.

Waited over an hour with my uni course for a coach that didn't turn up. Was meant to be going to Birmingham for a boardgames expo at the nec they said it would take another three hours for them to get another coach ready so the trip was cancelled due to travel time after the 3 hour wait for the new coach.

Absolutely appalling service to accept the universities money and not to do the one thing they were paid for, joke of a company do not use you will only be left disappointed and stranded.

We used Tamar coaches hiring a 33 seater bus for a day trip for the University of Plymouth academics and project partners involving multiple stops and collection from Plymouth, Dartington to Exeter and back. The company where great highly responsive, on time and the bus was very smart too. The driver was wonderful and very helpful too. Would recommend.

I’ve had a few bad experiences with coach drivers, but the driver of Tamar coaches made me feel safe with his excellent driving. He was also friendly and informative.
The coach was clean and comfortable as well.

We travelled to Harry Potter studios in London had an amazing day the journey was enjoyable and the two drivers we had were friendly and helpful brilliant company to travel with will definetly travel with them again

Organising travel for a Rugby team, particularly under 16s is always daunting and requires assurances, especially for those parents unable to travel.
My sincere thanks to Tom (MD) for remaining in contact, providing help and support and to driver Kevin, for putting up with our Rugby songs, but obviously enjoyed it ! We look forward to working with Tamar Coaches in the future.

I have used this company twice now and find them excellent. They were easy to book with and at a reasonable price. The driver we had both times (Pete Stallard) was polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend them. 5 Star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked Tamar Coaches for a large wedding in Devon. It was a logistically challenging schedule, but they botched it quite badly. One of the late buses didn't turn up, leaving our guests stranded and waiting late into the night. Their customer service was poor, gruff and inconsiderate. I wouldn't use them again.

We used this company to take a group of 27 people to and from Bristol Airport. The coach was smart, comfortable and the reliable. Special shout out to Tony our driver who was fantastic! He took us both ways and really made the trip enjoyable! Fantastic with the kids and holds a great conversation with the adults! Will definitely use and recommend going forward! Thankyou!
