I found on Ebay a batwing fairing. Haggled a price but was then directed to their site.
Their site stuffed up the courier price to Oz. They offered a discount so I jumped at it.
Paid and given a tracking number. Over a month its transport looked like a yoyo!
MANY emails and messages back and forth and no satifaction. I then get an email saying it had been returned to seller due to lack of address information. I gave name, address, Post Code (zip) and country. True, I missed State, but I'm sure anyone that has a heart beat could find the State. If you have a Post Code, that'll give you the State.
I offered to pay extra for courier but I was given money back, which was nice, but NOT what I wanted.
Pretty pathetic really.

Terrible service! Liars and cheats. They take your money and then say, oops my bad, it won't work for you after all. They actually took my money, then admitted the product won't work for my bike, and told me to refuse the package and when they get it back they would refund. Their mistake, not mine. They do not do their due diligence as a company. Only worried about taking your money. Crooks!

Ordered a fairing for my motorcycle 6x9 speakers single din stereo.
Thier radio cover will only fit.
6x9 speakers don't fit 2 different brands. Had to modify 6x9 opening to fit.
Brackets that are for my bike apparently had about 1/2 inch gap on either side.
Ended up using factory windshield mount and modifying it to work.
Guess you get what you pay for let's see if it holds up without breaking next riding season.

I bought a sissy bar from Talon Billets cause it was recommended by one of the team members here. I DO NOT recommend to buy anything from this business. He sent me used item as showing in the pictures. I contacted him and he sent me a replacement. Worse customer services. They take too long to respond. It took him almost a week to ship me my replacement. I didn’t get till after 8 days. When the replacement arrived it was all scratched up. I sent him a video and pictures and all he said ship it back. He didn’t even care about my experience. He kept blaming his shipping guys. I even tried to work with him and he refuses to do anything. Please don’t waste your time with this business and share this post to our raiders family so they don’t ending up like me.

Terrible customer service take forever to get back its just a cat and mouse game to waste your time until you can’t return the product anymore because of their return policy having a time crunch. Then on top of it they want me to pay 30 dollars to return something that doesn’t fit my bike yet said it would on their website. Screw this company it’s a joke.

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had buying anything online! Bought this for my v star 650 (which is in the title of the part) which did not fit. I contacted the company to return it and they had me send pictures to prove it didn’t fit. I sent them and they gave me an address to send it back (which was to a toy company by the way) and said to pick the cheapest shipping option and to send them pictures of it packaged and the receipt. I asked if I would be reimbursed for shipping and was told I would get a complete refund if everything came back in good condition. I sent the package and them the pictures of everything for them to not respond for 4 weeks. I checked the tracking and they received a few days after I sent it. I had to email them twice to get a rude response saying the pictures were blurry and that they would check if they actually got it. They found it and then sent me a shipping label to send the item back(which I already did) and was refunded for only the part. I emailed them back asking why I wasn’t reimbursed for the shipping and why I wasn’t originally sent a shipping label with snapshots of the emails where he told me I would be reimbursed for shipping just to never hear back. I emailed again asking if they were going to respond and was just ignored again! So now I’m out $60 dollars to return an item that should have fit in the first place. I will never buy anything from this company again and hope you all stay away from these scam artists!

This company is a joke.
I bought a sissy bar for my victory bike. And now they don’t know where it is. 🤯
I hope they find it and I get it.
Or get my money back 🤔
Not that hard to send it from Dallas to Tennessee
