The product I bought had a leak and they told me they would organise a refund which they didn't do. Be very wary

Farfetched riddles
Hello, I have done a lot of board escape rooms and I have to say, the „Escape Room Edinburgh Edition“ is the worst I have ever done. Riddles are super farfetched and the solutions only make sense after you‘ve read the hints.
Don‘t really know how this was released and is supposed to be done in under 60 minutes.
Consisted of 3 riddles packages. Package 2 said to look at all the contents inside, only to have a clue inside the box. Package 3 said „everything you need is inside“ only to reveal that you need part of the box. Who thought of that?
All in all, annoying experience, will not buy again. I clearly should have stayed with EXIT escape rooms.

Everyone loved these…..
I ordered vintage style paper plates, saucers and cups for a marquee tea party. These were so bright and pretty and transformed the white tablecloths, white napkins and marquee in an instant. Quite a conversation piece and loved by the guests.
We didn’t try carrying the tea cups on the saucers but instead poured the tea at the tables. It worked perfectly.
The plates were scalloped and sturdy enough for guests to collect a selection of cakes and scones on. Perfect for our occasion and they seemed to arrive no sooner had I ordered. 100% happy and would definitely recommend.

I was given a 1000 jigsaw puzzle purchased from talking tables as a present. Unfortunately when I had completed it I discovered a piece was missing.I emailed Talking tables as regards to this and they very kindly offered to send me a new jigsaw of my choice. Order took 2 weeks longer then expected…
Order took 2 weeks longer then expected so missed Christmas . I paid for 48 hr delivery the week before Christmas and it turned up 4th Jan

Please note on on our website announcement bar and our delivery page we explained that any order placed after the 18th may be processed in the new year - due to our warehouse closure over the Christmas period so sorry for any confusion this may have caused.

Disappointing experience
The Birthday Bash Musical Fountain did not work. Waste of money, paid £5 at Waitrose and did not sing. Contacted Talking Tables in October. They said they would make up for it which never happened either!
