Ordered 2 SIM cards which according to their website are meant to arrive within 2 working days. Over a week no SIM cards, messages or emails......what joke of a company is this. Email enquiry sent and still no response from them.....Avoid at all costs!!
Ported over 2 numbers onto the 40GB bundle with inclusive minuted and texts - PAC code transferred and didnt show on my online account so have to email them to resolve.
MY elderly Mum who is 78 tried to make a call and it said she has reached her spend cap. Called THM and gave them the 0115 local number only to be told this is chargable - went back and forth over live chat and calls to indian call centre who were clearly not actually helpful
Shocikking service from start to finish - just avoid at all costs.
Asked for complaaints team, they fobbed me off and kept saying the 0115 is not included in the inclusive minutes, but then couldnt tell me what was!

By the low standards you expect from mobile companies, this one is bad. Voicemail hasn't worked properly all the time. "Customer service" don't give a stuff. Also the 5g speed is so slow. They are so poor its a joke.
I can't find anything good to say.
It's a week I'm still waiting for the sim card the website said 1 to 3 days what a joke but they quickly took the money out.
The phone has full signals. But cannot receive a calls.
I think the network does not update its location.
Need to retune the MVNO. Could be an issue with the VLR.
Waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend.
Absolutely zero customer service. Despite several emails, phone calls I had zero response to an issue. They can stick their "service".
Mobile service is great as they use EE.
The let down is the time it takes to receive the SIM card from them, the website says they post via 1st class mail but they use 2nd class. Takes over a week for the sim to arrive, and if you are unable unlucky like me and get a faulty sim it takes another 7 to 10 days for the replacement even though they promised it will be sent by 1st class post.
Quick enough to take the first payment when you order though.
Purchased a travel mobile pack and its been a week waiting for them to process the payment. Wont refund even though its no longer needed as my holiday is now finished. Arrogant and pointless customer support.
