My daughter loved her necklace, the words written in the presentation case brought tears to her eyes.

The order process and delivery were good and the presentation/gift bag was a nice finishing touch to the gift.

I have been trying to get in touch with Talia-Rae customer service team for nearly a week now. Send emails, followed the instructions on there website and no response. I am trying to change jewellery over or get a refund and after numerous emails- no response.

Quality and ease of purchase.

The necklace was lovely and my wife liked it, the only thing that lets it down is the clasp, it is so small that it is difficult to put on, you have not allowed for people who have fingers that difficult to open and close the clasp

Excellent service ordered easily online and received purchased virtually the next day

What made our experience was how quickly I received my item and the quality of the product I would definitely recommend them thank you wife loved it

Great customer service, quick despatch and tracking. Beautiful product. I bought the infinity knot with matching earrings for my wife this Xmas. We've had a tough year so wanted to give her a personal gift. Great communication, quick updates and tracking. I was doubled billed which was down to my bank rejecting the first payment so reordered but two payments were taken (not Talia-raes fault) however they sent an immediate reimbursement and replied immediately to my emails. If only other companies had such personal customer focus. Thank you.

Lovely end product, delivery could have been managed better, but overall very satisfied

The necklace is lovely, however, what was really disappointing was the fact that the delivery driver decided to leave the parcel in my food waste bin on top of food waste which soaked into the packaging, luckily it hadn’t gone all the way through, parcel could have been put through the letter box as it was big enough

I had to hold it back several days until today - my wife’s birthday! She loved it, from the moment she opened the box, and she read through the card, and the sentiments on it. It made her laugh, which is always good to hear, especially with the events of the last year. Only one unfortunate circumstance: somehow the chain had become badly knotted in the packaging/transit, and she had to spend several minutes disentangling it, but that’s only a (very) minor observation. Thank you for your fine work.

This lovely necklace arrived on date specified and looks so nice , it is a surprise Christmas gift for my wife so I’ll return to update the review on her response but so far I’m really happy with the product
