I received my sheet in April as a birthday gift from hubby. I had seen them advertised and made a comment about this type of sheet. I could hardly wait to try it. We put it on right away and have it on since then in hopes it would help.After 5 months I still haven't had any relief from any pain and never have a night where I sleep through. I was disappointed to say the least. A one month trial to get a refund needs to be extended. I was told it could take longer for some people to get any relief. I'm happy for the people it works for, just wish I was one of them.

i have purchased grounding sheet and two matts all three are working great its been a few good months now and there amazing i highly recommend these Canadian products .

This company is garbage.. they do not stand behind their product whatsoever. They say if their sheet fails within a year they will replace it. My 78 year old mother had a set of sheets and they no longer work after 10 months. Every time she sends them proof of failure they ask for more proof. She's already sent pictures and videos showing failure with a multimeter and even that's not enough for them. And that's because they will NEVER honor their guarantee...it's obvious they will simply string you along until you give up in total frustration. The company is garbage. Do NOT buy from them!

l love my tala grounding sheets at my age 67 most of time i wake up earlier than normal sleep since im using it 8 hours sleep sometimes 10 even my 2 cats loves sleep besides me,backpain iscgone my leggs becomes stronger

THe sheet improved my sleep, both in depth and in ability toget into sleep and to return to it. The pad under my recording stationgreatly improved circulation in my leg and reduced knee pain experienced following long sessions.

We ordered 2 twin xl sheets. The are washed on gentle cycle and hung to dry. Purchased first one October 2025. This sheet has been washed maybe 8 times and actually defective in May. My severe back and leg pain returned, restless nights. At first I thought it was my medications but no it's the sheet. Purchased second sheet for my husband in May. I tried his sheet and after first night pain decreased. We are seniors and cannot afford to replace these sheets every 6 months. Warranty is over. Not sure what brand I will buy next.

I didn't notice a change the first couple nights, however a week in I'm noticing new energy in the morning. Something else interesting, I'm dreaming which I haven't done for some time. I take that as deeper sleep. Less aches in the morning as well. Quality product and great company support.

I received my Tala Grounding sheet after researching every company out there, cost compared and read the reviews. I ordered my king size sheet and the first night, noticed little improvement in my sleep, but for the last couple of weeks, I can say, it has made a big improvement in my sleep. Monitored my fitbit just to check the sleep score and HRV(heart rate variability) -all had improved. 3 nights ago, I slept for 9.5 hours....been years since I had done that. Very encouraged by the results from my grounding sheet

Honestly, I bought this mostly because my partner convinced me and I didn't want to admit I thought it was a little out there. A sheet that plugs into the wall to help you sleep better? Sure.
But here's the thing, I'd been waking up at 3am almost every night for the better part of a year. Tired, I'd tried magnesium, cutting caffeine after noon, blue light glasses... the whole thing. Nothing stuck.
The first few nights with the sheet, nothing dramatic. I almost wrote it off.
Then around night 10 or 11, I was sleeping through. Not every night, but most. A few weeks in and my partner mentioned I seemed less tense in the mornings.
The sheet itself is soft, doesn't feel weird or crinkly like one could expect. It doesn't get hot which was my other worry.
Setup took maybe 5 minutes.
I looked into the science a bit after I started noticing a difference. There are actual peer-reviewed studies on earthing, not tons, but enough.
The idea that we've spent most of human history barefoot on the ground and now we never touch the earth directly... it kind of makes sense when I thought about it.
I'd recommend it.
The 30-day return policy takes away most of the risk. In my head, worst case scenarion, I'd send it back. But so far, it's the best case, I sleep like I haven't in months.
Genuinely glad I gave it a shot.

After a couple of nights using the grounding sheet, my sleep has gotten so much better. I have chronic insomnia and have tried a different brand grounding sheet without any results. I do wish the sheets came in other colours and were a bit softer, but a good nights sleep overrides all that!

Very bad experience with this company.
I ordered a king size sheet, neither my husband nor I could sleep on it. Caused leg pain and body aches.
I spent the money to return the sheet and have a tracking number so I know that they received it but they have not issued a return and are not responding to my emails. Would not recommend this company.

I am disappointed. The sheet grounds on its own but, if I use a good quality sheet on top, the ground does not work at all, as advertised. I bought the Tala brand because I wanted to put a.sheet over top for laundering reasons etc. Disappointed.
