They promise fast shipping. They promise customer service. They promise, they promise, and nothing is true.

Bought a set of irons of the shelf, standard. Been one month waiting.

Wrote to their customer service.

Nothing.

What a scam. Don't trust those influencers. Everything they sell is crap.

I have just received my 201 irons. Its like being reborn as a golfer again. They are so amazing to hit. I can't believe how easy they are to hit. Should have bought them long ago. I can only recommend these irons.

I have ordered them in the UK. They didn't pay the import tax even though it says they do on the website. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Seems like a good deal but completely not worth the hassle. Cant even get in contact with them

Terrible company. Only sent half of the order. Can’t reach them as their customer service is non-existent. Don’t reply to any emails.

I ordered a product from their website, received no information about shipping and processing but they were happy to take my money. Customer service is non existent. They don’t reply to any social media unless it’s a positive comment. I have DM’d, commented and emailed and have heard nothing back. I don’t know if I will even receive the club and since no one responds it doesn’t seem like that I can even get a refund or cancel the order. So the money I have spent has just gone into thin air. Really disappointed especially since the likes of my favourite YouTube golfers use them.

Do not order if want clubs for this season. I placed an order on April 8th for stock 101t and stock 3 utility iron, I have nothing for an update and no hope I’ll ever see them. It feels like a big scam. You can only email a generic org box, get an auto reply with no actual update. It’s a disaster and ruined ever going direct to customer again. The clubs can’t be good enough for me to ever recommend them.

Repeatedly Sent Broken Clubs – Appalling Service

I ordered a set of clubs from Takomo, and three of them arrived with manufacturing defects. I was told replacements would be sent, but shockingly, two of those were also suffering from the same issues.

After all of this, I was told my case had been "expedited" and that I'd receive updates — but I’ve heard nothing since. I'm actually being ignored. The communication has been non-existent, and the quality control is clearly lacking.

I’ve now had to request a refund, though I'd imagine they'll ignore that too. What should’ve been a straightforward order has turned into an incredibly frustrating experience. This is a business that has simply blown up too quickly and cannot handle the demand. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

Extremely disappointing — I can’t recommend them based on this experience.

Lead time stated at purchase more than doubled, and still counting.

Hardly any updates, one generic delay email and one email that was very hard to understand, stating clubs would be ready for dispatch in "0 weeks", this was now 2 weeks ago.

No genuine apology or offer of voucher, etc, to make up for the broken promises and the fact customers are out cash with no idea when we will receive our goods.

It seems that this is a company spending all of their budget on marketing, without the substance to back it up with consistent product delivery. At least that is what I am hoping at this stage, and that it isn't just a total scam!

It has been over 8 weeks since I ordered my clubs. 2 weeks ago I was told they were done and ready to ship.
Still don't have them and no one will respond to my email inquiries.

Bought a club and after 2 months (winter time, so have maybe tried the club 5 times on a simulator) the club head fell off! Just like that.
Have been writing email, texting them on their socials- nothing.

I have been trying to get an update on the arrival of my club as the tracking has not moved for two weeks. I have sent a total of six emails requesting assistance and have not recieved a reply. I have tried contacting dpex their carrier and have only been able to talk to a chat bot that runs you round in circles and asks you to provide personal details in no way related to your order. This has probably been the worst online shopping experience I've had. I had purchased the 101U 2 iron with the intention of buying a ful set of clubs but not wanting to commit without having tested them. Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything else from takomo. I am out of pocket the cost of the club, and the time I've spent following up is worth more than that to me not to mention I still don't have a golf club. Takomo golf is a joke don't waste your time.

I bought the 101T irons 6 days ago, and have not received any indication on the delivery date. I sent several emails without any response from them.

I Brought the 301 cb irons after playing only 2 rounds the 9 iron and pitching wedge had both taken damage. I contacted Takomo they said I must have hit a stone and that as they are forged irons they are made soft which to me sounds crazy. They said basically the damage was my fault and they would sell me new heads at full price minus shipping. NO Thanks Takomo. I played with my previous irons for 3 seasons and they never took damage like this. In future I will buy from a more established brand.

Terrible customer service. I have been waiting nearly 3 months for my clubs and they still won't give me any updates about when they will be ready. Just generic canned responses to emails. They won't offer refunds or allow any changes to the order. I am starting to worry they are not a legitimate company. Do not use this company.
