Exceptional product and customer service. This has made a real difference to my oral hygiene routine and I’m delighted with my purchase. Highly recommended.

I ordered the product which arrived swiftly. I was expecting the 12 month supply of floss heads but only received the starter pack. I received an email with a full explanation as to why (due to high demand of the product there was a temporary supply shortage) and not to worry. I would receive the full amount as soon as a new supply had been made. I emailed in mid August as I’d not heard anything and was delighted when Stefan (the owner) not only replied within the hour but also added a personalised video showing the outstanding floss heads packaged up and ready to dispatch that day. He explained that he’d only just finished receiving the new supply and it had taken over 6 weeks, longer than expected. He apologised for the delay and I received my package the next day. The electric floss heads are brilliant and are so good especially as a lot of my teeth are very close together so using the rubber plate to bite down gently pushes the floss into the gap and I can get each tooth cleaned. I would definitely recommend this product. Such a clever idea.

An excellent product. Since I bought the flosser I have used it every night (I wasn’t so good with floss tape!).

It’s very quick and easy to use once you get the hang of it.
It did make my nose itch at first, like when using an electric toothbrush for the first time but now I’m used to it it’s fine.
The battery lasts for weeks on end.

I can’t wait to see my dentist and hygenist to get their opinion. I can really see how clean in between my teeth are.

Customer service is excellent and Stefan the creator is very passionate about his product.

The floss heads can be recycled at Boots which is great. I don’t like to think of all those plastic single use interdental brushes/floss sticks going into landfill.

A great product!

Please make a toothbrush next!

Absolutely amazing product. As someone who has been prompted several times by my dentist and hygienist to floss, it’s always been something I haven’t stuck to. I decided to try the Tahir flosser and it was a completely different experience. It takes a bit of practice over the first few days to get the technique right, but once you do it is so easy.
I did make the mistake of throwing the full head of the flosser away but this was kindly replaced for me.

I have never received customer service as good as this company. It was unexpected and is so good to see someone put so much effort into making sure people get the best out of the product. The founder Stefan, give a personalised service and I have never received feedback in the form of a personalised video before rather than a faceless email.

The product and the business ethos are both amazing. I’m very happy to have finally been able to find a product which has helped me to build a good oral care routine.

I would definitely recommend.

I usually stay away from companies that only have 5 star reviews when it come to things sold on Facebook but I thought I would give this a try.

The ordering and deliver process was flawless as was the communication and little touches from the seller

It took maybe 4 days to get used to angling this thing correctly in my mouth so that I could get to all the spaces in between the teeth. I have had a good weeks use out of it where I have managed to achieve what i want

Sadly, I do not find it works well as a flosser.
The flosser string is quite thin and I find it does not remove much mouth debris. My teeth no longer bleed when using it.

After using the Tahir to floss I thought I would try the incidental brushes that I just do not get on with. My dentist recommends the green and I always struggle getting them in the gaps and my teeth almost always bleed.

I used the brushes after using the Tahir and that is when the mouth debris came out not from using the Tahir.

This has been consistent over a good 7 days use. I eat muesli for breakfast and that has a lot of bits that get trapped.

Additionally before bed at night I do not find the Tahir gets rid of any meat debris but again the brushes do.

One thing I have noticed though is that using the incidental brushes after the Tahir has become easier and I think the Tahir kind of opens up the gaps a little allowing the brush easier access.

I really did not want to be the first to leave a negative review but I get no benefit from this device

Brilliant product. I hate the chore of flossing but this makes it so easy and your teeth & gums feels so good after. I had my first hygienist appointment since purchasing on Thursday & my hygienist was so impressed she asked me to share the website details so she could 'reach out'. What more endorsement could anyone need

What an amazing person Stefan is. I experienced a little difficulty at first but that was me not the product. He sent a personal video with demonstrations to help me. It is lovely to have such a personal touch in this day and age with everything AI, I give the Tahir flosser 5 stars and wish Stefan, his family and the company every success.

Super product, takes a few days to get used it and definitely watch the video it’s now part of my daily routine. Customer service is exceptional and quite personable from the owner Stephen

I hope my review helps those considering buying the tahir flosser. As you see from the reviews so far this company deserves to succeed under the stewardship of Stefan, who is genuine, very approachable, open and who really cares. The product is very well made and easy to use and takes the awkwardness of manual flossing by hand. I reached out to Stefan about a new stem I lost and had a personal message by video saying he got me covered with a new one and I thank him for his generosity. My experience with his product and customer service you will not find with another. You won't be disappointed - you'll be amazed. Wishing this company every success 10 stars out of 5!

I bought the product 2 weeks ago. I love how easy it is to use. I can feel the difference and I think this is the most I have flossed for years. I know so many people care about their teeth but still very few floss,

I have M.E and a lot of sensitivity so wasn’t sure if I’d be able use this… well I can and I love love it, soo much better than trying to floss with my brushes or string ( I’ve tried so many!) I’ve actually been using it for a couple of months now, it’s very easy to understand and use, changing the heads is a breeze ( especially for someone that has hand grip problems too). Also customer service has been wonderful, keeping me updated and feels a much more humanised and friendly business than conveyor belt cold, will definitely continue using, I’ve recommended to so many different people now.

Always tried to keep up with my flossing but found it hard to reach some places what made it a bit of a chore .
But loving it now , so much easier! Would defo recommend. And only need one for the family and can use different heads .

As for the customer service I think it’s the best I’ve ever had to deal with . Defo 5 stars . 🌟

As someone who has always avoided flossing because my teeth are so tightly packed, I wasn’t sure how well this electronic flosser would work. Although the floss still gets caught between some of my teeth, it is much easier to remove than with a traditional flosser.

The floss itself is excellent quality. Every time it gets caught, I expect it to snap as I pull it free, but so far it has remained intact every time. The handle also feels very well made, with a solid, premium feel that’s similar to an electric toothbrush.

I’m really pleased with this purchase. There is a bit of a learning curve while you get used to using it, but once you’ve had a little practice it’s much easier. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it, especially for anyone with tightly packed teeth who struggles with traditional flossing.

I usually struggle using floss the floss sticks or the inter dental brushes. Stefan’s invention is amazing. The Tahir electric flosser is so much easier to use. It is like holding an electric toothbrush but with a flosser head. You can easily insert it between tight gaps by biting down on the plate. Then to remove it you need to try Stefan’s mums method, which Stefan kindly shared with me. If you are struggling to remove the floss definitely give it a go. I think Stefan will achieve his mission to get more people flossing with the Tahir. I would recommend giving it a try 😃

Amazing product! i'm surprised someone didn't think of this earlier. I find flossing my teeth a chore and this helps make it so much easier as it does most of the work for you. Flossing is now done and dusted in around 1-2 mins each morning. I've recommended this to all my friends too! I used to use Waterpik but this is far superior.

I bought the Tahir water flosser after my dentist gave me a well-deserved telling off for not flossing enough! It arrived within just a few days and came with plenty of replacement heads, which was a great bonus.

I've been really impressed with the flosser – it's easy to use, works brilliantly, and has definitely made flossing part of my daily routine.

Unfortunately, through my own heavy-handedness, I managed to break the charger. I contacted customer service expecting to have to jump through hoops, but they were absolutely fantastic. They even sent me a personalised video response and had a replacement charger with me within a couple of days.

A great product backed up by exceptional customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!
