Thank you for sharing your recent experience with us through your review. We truly value your feedback and sorry for any misunderstanding which occur. We've reviewed your rental details, records and would like to clarify a few points while also addressing your concerns:

- Our car rental considers a day as a 24-hour period starting from the rental time. Your rental, which began at 10:00 AM, was subject to this same policy. If you return the car on 16:30 before the close instead of 10:00 AM, it cannot be considered as one day.

- Upon return, all vehicles are inspected for new damages against the initial photographic record taken at the start of the rental. On the car we found new damages. By the contract condition which is transparent on our website, FAQ and the contract the fee for new damage is 6050 CZK in case of insurance case or can be lowered if we are able to repair it locally. Our car rental always try to minimalize the cost for the client. We opted for a local repair estimation of only 1500 CZK, instead of invoking the 6050 CZK policy charge, aiming to minimize your expense while adhering to our contract.

- We regret any unpleasant interactions, but our camera records and phone call indicate it was actually your husband who threatened to call the police and go to court. We tried to calm him down and move forward in a constructive manner to resolve the situation amicably as friendly as possible.

Mrs. O'Dwyer , while some of our competitors might impose additional and sometimes hidden costs—for aspects like overpriced repairs, border crossing, additional drivers, or exceeding speed limits. We did nothing of this or any other clients. We are committed to transparency and fairness in our pricing. Despite the contract stipulating a potential charge of 6050 CZK for damages, we opted for the actual repair cost which saved you 4550 CZK, and only charges additional day, which you really used. W are truly sorry if your experience did not reflect this.

We endeavor to learn from every situation and, as such, will review our procedures and customer communications for improvements.
