Tad media saga continues😬🤯...Be warned.
After 4 years of using tad media services for my store Slice pizza, I decided to pursue a different company to provide website and social media services.
Whilst the setup with tad media went quite smoothly,
leaving him has been an absolute nightmare. The biggest issue being losing access to my social media account, but other issues as well.
I am now hearing from more and more people that have had similar leaving experiences.
If you are a client of Tad media before you do anything, reach out to me so I can explain to you how to protect your business and what to put in place so if/when ur tad media relationship will turn sour you dont get harmed.
Update: the good news is that i now have access to my instagram account, sadly, i had to write my review to get things moving.
Latest update Dec 2024:
After having my social media account login details sent to me, there was still some other info outstanding that tad media refused to provide. Whilst negotiating terms, tad media took back control of my instagram account (I hadn't had a chance yet to delete his number from the 2 factor authentication), refused to let me have access to my account and proceeded to take the account offline without my permission.
Update Dec 2025
A friend of mine had similar issues with tad media and reached out to me for advice on how to deal with his situation. They also shared their awful experience online and had the same reaction from tad media as I had.
Update # 2 dec 2025 :
I have been informed that Tad Media and Bkosher have agreed to terms and the reviews have been removed. Well done to tad media for willing to go to an arbitrator to work out things.
Update #3 Dec 2025 :
Ephi has reached out to me as well wanting to make peace.
My response:
If you really want to make peace you have to make the first move by fixing everything that you've done to damage me. Once I see that your able to make things right I will be happy to talk to you.
His response to me was aggressive and with half truths, and that he will not do anything to restore my accounts until I accept responsibility, im not sure what I am responsible for other than posting an honest review of what he has done to me and to at least 6 other clients/former clients of his.
His aggressive business tactics continue and all i have to add at this time is if Ephi would spend half the time that he spends trying to get reviews removed and actually restores EVERYTHING that he has done since I stopped using his services, then im sure peace will reign.

Here are the facts of the case, unlike your false allegations and slander.
We provided everything you requested at the time.
Following our meeting at your store, the discussion concluded in a warm and respectful manner, during which you acknowledged that the services had not been effective due to a lack of proactive engagement and collaboration on your side to grow the business. This was stated openly, and the business relationship ended on friendly terms.
During this same meeting, you also confirmed that you were cancelling services with another supplier. This demonstrates that your concerns were not isolated to our services alone.
All requested materials and deliverables were provided in full - including material that we developed and created FREE OF CHARGE as goodwill - saving you hundreds in costs.
More than three months later, you claimed that these items were never received. We categorically dispute this claim and have email records that clearly demonstrate otherwise.
Rather than raising these concerns directly with us, you chose to amend a previously positive five-star review to a one-star review and to continue updating it publicly over time. This escalation is unnecessary and does not reflect the facts.
You have since stated that our response to you was “aggressive.” The written correspondence below speaks for itself and shows that our communication was measured, respectful, and focused on resolution.
We do not believe in washing dirty linen in public. From the outset, we made genuine efforts to resolve this matter privately and respectfully. For transparency, below is the relevant email correspondence demonstrating this.

I am happy to resolve issues once you also accept and admit your wrong doing. We issued everything to you and have records which I can prove. However, you decided to act in vengeance on Trust Pilot and in speaking to people Lashon Hara. - We have never bad mouthed you in public.
You also jumped on the band wagon recently with a new Lashon Hara without knowing the facts and (NAME REMOVED FOR RESPECT OF PRIVACY) has apologised after realising they face criminal charges for Cyber Crime and harassment. The police were involved, and they were being investigated.
I am happy to make things right but will not take the full blame as we did no damage as you claimed.
You must agree to meet me half way if you are a true man.
Let me know. Damage to me has been done so I have nothing to lose by leaving things as is.
Hopefully you will be a decent man and let your pride go for Shalom.

Despite these efforts, the matter was taken to a public forum instead of being addressed directly.
You also chose to approach some of our valued clients with the intention of sharing information about us that is incorrect and unsupported by facts. This action is particularly concerning.
Under Jewish law, public disparagement and the spreading of unverified claims about another party are strongly discouraged. Additionally, under UK law, the communication of false statements that harm a business’s reputation raises serious concerns regarding slander and defamation under the Act.
We have never contacted your clients, nor have we attempted to undermine your business in any way.
We remain open to resolving this matter calmly, fairly, and privately based on facts rather than public commentary.
