Shipping sucks
Shipping sucks. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t received my item. I should have gotten it on amazon.

Excellent service!
I want to thank Kinetic Consulting for having your link with the Salomon sale on his website. Without it I wouldn’t have found your site. You all had my size in stock and it was at my house 3 days after checkout. Shoes fit great and are exactly what I needed. I see you all are located back in my home city Virginia Beach which is fantastic. I also love the return & exchange form, Reason code 07, hilarious! Pleasure doing business with y’all. If I whenever I need any gear, you all are first on the list.

I would buy from TD any day
I would buy from TD any day. Shipping is quick, packaging is more than suitable. Only thing is I wish they didn't use UPS, could just be me, but UPS screws up my deliveries 75% of the time.

You guys always amazed me
You guys always amazed me! Your products, your quality, and your prompt delivery! These pants, both pairs I bought, are amazing. I saw the sale price and thought, why not? Ever since I tried them on I've been telling everyone I can about how awesome they are! I've switched from Khül brand, to these bad boys from now on. They cradle my junk so well ^_^

Easy return
I ordered a pair of Carlos Ray 2.1 and some Salomon shoes. The Carlos Ray's are a fantastic fit for me. I always wear Salomon but this style for some reason just did not work for my feet. I sent an email and had an RMA# and a return label overnight. I am just going to get my old style of Salomon from TD anyway so other than a wait it worked out.
